For the Prime Minister, this is one of the most important goals. Jowanka Jakubek - Lalik, an associate professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw joined us at TVP World to explain this subject.

The Judiciary in a true Democracy MUST be apolitical, apart from the other branches of government and follow the Constitution and the laws enacted by the Parliament!

The rule of law is fundamental to society and so must be dealt with fairly on each individual case. However, with the rise of social media, political bias, and conflicts etc. I believe we need to evolve further, so that any national law is wovern together with the threads of international law, rather than being separated. This would help moderate and keep a country balanced from any future leaders that have sociopath, autocratic, or dictator tendencies...
