I’m back for more predictions Missed the last 2 days for them but I’m doing tonight’s games Record 8-4-5 (the 5 is for missed games) Washington 3 - 2 New York (OT) Colorado 2 - 4 Winnipeg Nashville 3 - 4 Vancouver (OT) Los Angeles 2 - 5 Edmonton Just as a reminder my predictions are my opinion for these games and I’m only counting the winning teams, if I also somehow get the score right then that’s just extra bragging rights.

Bro. Jets need to start Laurent or we are losing in 5. 2-6 final score between Winnipeg and Colorado. Jets need to get back on defence in Game 4 or I’m gonna lose all hope for this team. Hellebuyck gets outsized attention because he was the focal point going into the series. More than any other team in the west, Winnipeg has relied on excellent goalie play as a key to their success. Anything short of excellent play from Hellebuyck is going to receive increased scrutiny because, relatively speaking, goaltending is more important to Winnipeg's game than any other team's.

Eye-test says goalies are getting fewer shots of higher danger than year's past. Assuming goalies haven't forgotten that it's okay for pucks to hit goalies and they are still trying to make that happen... is the goaltending really worse than past years (including the dead & live puck eras)? Are save percentages really worse than say '86 or '92 it 2012 (or even 2023)?

As a fan of a WC team, I have little interest in the EC series and especially the Canes/Isles and NYR/Caps. Mainly because those series are lopsided and also only have so much time in a day so when the Avs aren’t playing, I’ll tune into the WC matchups although admittedly, watched a little of both the FL/TB and Bos/Tor series.

Hockey guy said in a previous video, presidents trophy hasn’t really been a problem with the rangers in the 3 times they won. they lost in round 2 (1992) won the cup (1994) and lost in 7 in the ECF (2015)
