Hello. This is a workout for the back at home without the use of iron or simulators. Training is aimed at strengthening the muscles of the back, as well as developing strength. The most important advantage of training is that the exercises shown in particular can relieve back pain from hernias and protrusions!
There are 5 exercises in the workout and each one is unique in its own way. I suggest you try these exercises for yourself and give feedback in the comments how you like this workout. Exercises are also great as a prophylaxis for the back.
If some of the exercises cause you difficulty, then remember that the exercise can always be made easier (for example, if it’s push-ups, then do it from your knees) or is it a signal that your muscles are very weak and then it’s all the more worth trying and trying to complete this workout !
I especially ask you to pay attention to the last exercise - it is really magical for the back (although not very simple), but for many athletes it helped to solve back problems and strengthen the back muscles!
The video shows the approximate number of approaches and repetitions so that the training can be complete. Choose the rest time between sets and exercises according to your well-being, but no more than 3 minutes. Hope everything works out for you!
