Hi. A chest workout that you can do anywhere you go! The video shows a minimal level that will work for a beginner, but over time you should increase the workout time and load.
The workout takes only 4 minutes and consists of 8 effective exercises. Working in an office and no time for exercise? Just do this workout instead of taking a break! It's perfect for those who value their time. There is also 10 seconds rest for position changes and a short rest. Also to whom it will seem it is not enough it is possible to make 3-4 such circles with rest interval of 5 minutes between circles.
To achieve your goal of building a body as fashionably soon as possible, you must exercise discipline, diet, sleep and rest, as well as perform regular training and lead an active lifestyle.
