I'm very sure of dr.raymycology. what's helped me more personally is micro dosing. I don't take a lot at all I'll only eat a cap or two and I'm good for the entire day. It just helps to clear your mind and cleanse your soul. Very hard to explain... It's like trying to explain colors to a person who's never been able to see.

Advice: Buy a clear phone case, zoom this video to fill, turn your brightness all the way up, flip your phone upside down, and play this in the dark, it’ll look cool ash and it’ll light up the outer rings of the phone case, highly recommend

I got f**cked up with alcohol for over 8 years. Also suffered severe depression. Not until my mom recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment.
