You haven't seen a radio block until you seen the Thunder Tiger ts4n just a foam piece underneath and a clear plastic cover that's held down with a zip tie from FACTORY ! Also make a hole on the windsheild so air can cool the engine ! That's why you sent the previous to nitro heaven ! If properly cooled, nitro engines can run for hours on end (assuming proper fuel and tuning) !

If second gear wont engage, there is a chance the centrifugal clutch in the gear box is set too tight. There is a grub screw on the clutch that you can access through the small hole on top of the gear box. If you loosen it off the clutch will engage at lower rpm

A little tip for you and others: A procedure for starting at the first pull: dial in a little throttle trim, and be sure to put the car over a little box or piece of foam, so that the wheels can turn freely once the engine starts (or else, the engine will die as soon as the clutch engages). Glow igniter on, pull the cord, and let it rip!

Awww, man! I've owned 2 WRX's and 1 STi. My STi was a 2006 so the same body style as this car. I really miss that car. I had a set of coilovers on it so I could lower it in the summer and jack it up in the winter. It was a beast in the snow, especially with good snow tires. I used to pick up my friends in the middle of crazy snow storms then head up to VT for some snowboarding. It had a few mods giving it around 75 whp over stock, so it wasn't stupid fast, but it had enough to be fun and still very reliable. God, I miss that car.

I love Subaru as well. Have a 2010 North American built Forrester XT limited. The cool thing about this is it came stock with STI heads. Have a cob air intake down pipe, high flow cat and Nvidia racing pipe 3 in with resonator on it as well. I ended up doing this during covid as parts were insanely expensive for stock and the aftermarket parts were half the price. Sounds great! Runs great!.

I had one too Fun to drive but its not build like my bmw i can you tell you that 😀 Lots of rattle sound and sqeeks. My arm of the back wheel came loose of the chasis 😂 also lots of rust and plastics breaks very easy and the brakes are dangerous bad al my japanese cars from the 90 had problems like that. Me and my friends all crashed because the drive system snapped and we flew into a ditch. He was in the hospital for 2 weeks

I only watch Nitro/Petrol car videos to support the channel and remind myself why I enjoy electric RC’s so much more now. Less noise and plug and play. Tuning petrol takes up half your playtime.

@@kiwismurf4536 Eh, there's cheaper options, the Killerbody shells are more aimed towards scale builders, who are willing to pay that much. There's a similar Tamiya shell you can get for less than half and there's options from China for even less.

@@kiwismurf4536not all rc costs a fortune, you don't have to spend $1000 on a car,you get some great beginner rc cars that are less than $200 . I got a wltoys 124017v2 for $150 with 2 batteries (2s) and I'm really pleased with it. 40mph straight out the box ( over 50mph on 3s )and you can do it up and upgrade it cheaply and it's capable of insane speeds

If you find that you enjoy nitro on road, find an old Associated Nitro TC3 (NTC3) and you’ll have a blast. 2 speed, brakes etc. from stock. They’re extremely fast and durable. I’ve run one into a curb at 80MPH and the only damage was a bent chassis. That one had an OS 18TZ motor in it and was nuts fast. Tires only lasted one run.

watching you break in nitros is soo painfull lol. you should never rev the engine with the wheels spinning freely or snap the throttle during break in. you should only be using maybe half throttle and you should be running around 6 tanks of fuel while running in a figure eight. You can also run 6 tanks of fuel doing a idle break in by having the motor idle just high enough to slightly spin the wheels. btw love your videos

To properly do the motor u let it sit for a tank idle. 2e tank u drive 50% throttle,3e tank 75%. All with higher oil in the gas. Then 4e u can full out. And after 20 years it stil starts in 3 tries and rides as a monster.
