em có làm mạch dùng 3 cái tg1000 quấn nối tiếp hệ 24v dòng không tải tính cả cầu h luôn cỡ 0.85a thì ổn không vậy anh ?

Blowing off of inverter IGBT or MOSFET shows, spurious component being used by Chinese manufacturer. Trouble shooting is excellent. Its informative viedo to student as well. Moreover with no nonsense music and well explained with caption. Thnnx.

Back again; man,you're a trully awsome repair man; thanks,that EG3212 just made my day my inverter has a ID2006, and nobody has one , but upon checking....THEY ARE THE SAME, thanks edit it's EG3112 at 06:00 you made a mistake,you wrote EG 3212 ?

Hi thank you , I have Suoer FPC-1000A ,It has SWPM driver board 16 pins with lm393 and NE555 ICs exact like you've shown in 9:41 ,So I tried to use EGS002 board with rearrange connections. Finaly it works ,outpot 220 v but Hz oscillate from 80 to 90 Hz. I can't find original board .please help.Note that I dont replace inflated filter caps yet( 220mf /450 x2). Why this problem in Hz?and where do you get 16 pins board. the board set on 50Hz fixed (factory default).

I have Suoer FPC-1000A ,It has SWPM driver board 16 pins with lm393 and NE555 ICs exactly like you've shown in 9:41. After replacing all ICs it opens and close rapidly like ringer sound sometimes like Morse code , and the load just flashing very fast. Please what's your advice.

Hello, nice Video ! Maybe you can help me ont the following : My victron Phoenix Inverter 12v 750va just doesn't want to start, no led, no noise... I decided to open it and everything seems to be fine : the 3 30A fuses, the small fuse in the switch circuit, all mosfets and diodes. I basically see no short anywhere. It seems more of on open circuit somewhere as no voltage go to the drive board. Any idea where to look at ? are there any other fuses ? Thanks.

Thanks for the informative video! I have a bad modified sine inverter. I replaced all faulty mosfets and some burned resistors but it still wouldn't work. Capacitors all seem to be fine. Any idea what to check?

Hi,sir, i have a Easun,also called Powland, 5000 watt inverter,24 vdc to 220vac, that have an upright SPWM board for the 2nd stage, with an unmarked IC, soic-16, do you know what IC that is? its 4 outputs are on pins 5,6 and 8,9 and vcc on 16 and ground on1, i think;

High side mosfets or all burn this should not had happened the short circuits protection is not adjusted to the power rating why the mosfet burn the potentiometer need to adjust at 2000watt to protect the mosfet from burning

cho mình hỏi, mình dùng inverter 24v to 220v sine, đã sửa bị điện lưới xông vào, bây giờ bật buổi tối áp 24v thì ok, bật ban ngày áp sạc 26v dẫn tới đầu ra áp cao chết fet chết egs002, xin hỏi là có cách nào khác phục tình trạng bật ban ngày mà vẫn ko chết inv ko?

@@PhdHung mình đã test lại với điện áp 26v kết quả xì khói, còn 24v thì ok. mặc dù dải điện áp cho phép là 24 - 30v. xin giúp đỡ phần này
