This was so pleasurable to wake up to on a cold rainy Sunday morning. This was amazing and good on you for restoring it so it can be enjoyed for years to come. I daily drive a w116 from 78, I kept the patina because I like that sort of thing but I refreshed the interior, some mechanical bits and bobs and treated all the rust. I love older cars

May I ask you what size dimensions are you using for the garage space for the garage ? I’m looking to do the same with my single car garage but to no avail have I found much luck from many different sources and hope that it’s not too much trouble to ask for some advice or suggestions. @@That_fella_named_J thank you! Its about 9.5 feet by 25 feet long. I have one big toolbox at the end and a small work table/bench. Its very tight on the sides, thankfully e34 is super narrow but it is a bit long…

@@That_fella_named_J my other advice is get storage racks on the walls and get stuff off the floor as much as possible, if its in the air it wont get in the way 😉

@@DeadEndRestorations its a 11/10, just as i would do it! A tip for the plastics/plastic dressing buy the Gyeon Preserve dashboard protectant or 303 Aerospace interior protectant. Really good for Old Mercedes and Bmw plastics.

Oooh, la, la, that looks stupendous! What a gorgeous machine, you certainly brought it back to being glorious, well done man, great work. Interesting how you resolved the faulty fuel gauge issue, mine is stuck atm. The interior leather, wood etc and exterior colour really make this car look rather special ....and it's a V8 too. I love my M50 e34 manual so I'm sure this baby V8 puts a smile on your face too. Perhaps you could film some road trips in it now? 👍😎

would be cool to see some side by side before and after pictures. such a cool car, V8, 5 speed, hood hinges from the front. im most impressed by the rust repairs and exterior trim refinishing. interior too looks great. you got it looking like a time capsule.

Lovely work !!!! 😍🥰 but did You check the engine oil pump fastenings? Bolts tends to loosen, its very important to look at them. Greetings from Poland, great rebuild !!! 🤠😍🥰😎
