True! My grandma has had issues with scam calls in recent years. She’s living with us now, and it’s worrying how helpless I feel about protecting her from internet and phone scams. Thank god she doesn’t spend most of her time on Facebook.

My mom received a voicemail from "social security" saying there was a problem and asked for her social security number. I spoke with her actual worker to ask about it and they confirmed it was a scam. I'm so relieved I was able to stop her from calling that number back.

My landlords got scammed and now their family is insufferable to the tenants changing lease agreements to try to get it back off of us 😒
