I was literally pulled right out of my body by an unseen force when contemplating suicide in my 20's, I was in the kitchen doing the dishes crying and asking for guidance, I did not really know if there was a God or Source at that time....Out of nowhere I felt hands come to rest on my shoulders with light force and I was immediately terrified until the most beautiful energy of love and bliss poured through the top of my head transforming my emotional state to one of gratitude, and I knew everything would be ok, I didn't know how or when and it didn't matter anymore. I was pulled out of my body and shown that I was light energy, I had form to about my waist then there was no form, and I was flying all around, it felt so free I did not want to come back but they said I had to for now...Now I am 64, and I can say with absolutely NO DOUBT, there is no such thing as death...Oh yeah, and after that I could talk to them and they always answer.....Sometimes they are pretty funny too!

I have clear memory from almost 30 years ago, so vivid it still gives me goosebumps. I was 5 years old sleeping on 9th floor in a room alone. Either in dream or reality I stood at the window next to my bed and I saw 3 levitating greys peaking through my window. I lost ability to speak so I couldn't call anyone in the house who was in apartment at that time so I crawled to the door trying to escape. That's when it ended. I had nightmares about aliens after that all my life until my late teens.

I got shivers when he talked about sexual trauma. For such an intelligent man, he lacked basic understanding of how trauma represses memory. His lack of compassion was troubling, also.

I don't know where hes going with this but 6 minutes in it's hard for me to watch because of his patronizing and sarcastic speech. Is almost sounding like His research has brought him to the conclusion that you could not repress traumatic sexual abuse. I always suspected I had passed sexual abuse because of my thoughts and dreams. I only suspected until I was 18 years old and my mom asked me if I remembered what happened with my Uncle when I was 3. Of course I had no memory she said he had abused me We even press charges and went to court and I had blocked all the memory out. She said when she took me to therapy that the therapist told her I had regressed the whole thing..and that one day I would remember. I'm now 44 and still have no memory of this event, only how much I love my Uncle. I may be wrong since it's only 6 minutes in but this guy seems like an unbelieving patronizing jerk. I'd like to keep watching and give him a chance but I can't stand to listen to the way he speaking.🤨

I am holding a PhD and interested in UFO’s, having seen it in two different occasions which until today I am not able to explain. As a scientist, I try to challenge my opinions and listen to the others but science, or reductionist materialism is in serious trouble, not being able to explain things which are at the core of our existence, such as consciousness, self etc. I do think that there are others out there in the universe and indeed able to visit us. How and Why this is so, nobody knows. To the best of my knowledge there are at least 10 cases of UFO abduction or encounters which are undoubtedly true. When the entire scientific model is our own invention/tool, any observation not fitting this model is claimed to be untrue, which is illogical in itself. I do hope that the contact will happen in our lifetime and I look forward to watching those suffering from scientific hubris, and a narrow minded materialist and reductionist worldview.

When you go into a study with a preconceived notion, your results will be based on your own ignorance and bias. He discounted his test subjects before even meeting them. He is too closed minded to be open to the other possibility, that at least one of those people may have been abducted. Or that some of those were actually sexually abused, and repressed the memory. This is typical of the arrogance of my experience of medical doctors in general and psychiatrists and psychologists specifically. Where in ANY of his medical training did he learn to be an expert on any of these topics such as whether or not aliens or inter dimentional beings exist, if they visit our planet, and how they travel through time and space, and why they are involved in or controlling a program that involves humans in many different ways. There is also the technology, military, weapons research aspect to this that intimately involves the military industrial complex. He disregards all of this and more because he has a doctorate in psychiatry. His disdainful mockery of the people experiencing these events is so unprofessional its bordering on criminal. He is taking his options on a topic and attempting to turn them into treatment protocol. This is so frighteningly arrogant and old fashioned it reminds me of some turn of the century attitudes and treatments of the mentally ill. This man is a psychiatrist! Stating 'these are all correlations' and the stating that your evidence provides conclusions of what a false memory is - is inaccurate. you can't make conclusions stating how to approach false memories just based on correlations, you need causation. This is six years old and views about this topic are changing all the time probably. Perhaps the speaker is trying to be interesting/entertaining, perhaps his not calm manner is due to nerves (or drugs..) The subject matter is interesting mainly but the speaker trivialises it with his jokey delivery. We must not forget that he is a psychiatrist and their long training teaches them to categorise certain (normal) behaviours as mental illness with no tests or proof available to confirm the diagnosis. The only test is if the behaviour is listed in their manual; 'DSM' which lists hundreds of behaviours and the list grows bigger every year... So this Professor McNally is used to seeing behaviour as mental illness as opposed to reality and it shows. Professors spend many years reading books and not so much time in real life perhaps...

John Mack did not hypnotise very many of his patients. He simply interviewed/spoke to them. Have a look at the Ariel school Phenomenon. He INTERVIEWED dozens of children following the landing of a craft in school grounds where very small beings communicated with many of the 60 children observing the craft landing, take of and movements of the beings. A number of the interviews were recorded and there are still copies of that footage in several documentaries. There was to be a major Documentary released about that very event. It took years to produce due to funding issues and just prior to its release, it seems to have been gagged. Interesting to say the least. I have personally seen previews of that doc and it is really something extraordinary. Those children were telling the truth and as adults maintain everything they said as children.

On 02/19/2022 to be exact. A memory resurfaced. We were coming from church on a Friday night, between Aug or Sept of 2008. Turned down 17th st. Their was a bar a block away. Very popular area. Crawling with people at night. That night That street, was pitched black. The night having a liquid kind of darkness. No street lights, house lights, peoples, noises. Nothing! Odd!! But before Being able to say odd. You hear a "Womp"! The kind of noise that a large lamp makes. And at the same time a light beams thru the open sun roof of your Green Jeep Cherokee. A light so bright, that the whole inside of your vehicle lights up, but nothing else. Or screaming as if, being kidnapped , was the wording used, & erratic. Or being told to, "hold on". "Thinking", you hit the gas to get away. Or that just as quick as the light came thru the sunroof of the Jeep, it disappeared. Or looking up thru the sunroof of the jeep, and seeing a "Triangle" craft, as black as the darkness of that night, quietly ascend straight up into the sky, "Spinning". Not a peep. Or by the time you got to the stop sign, which was less the three feet, you had no memory. Or that night was never spoken of again. Like it never happened. To keep partying, because everyone was lit. We couldn't turn down for nothing. My spouse & I was outside too, and I said, I'm about to run in the house, gotta go to the bathroom. As I was pushing the screen door open, to come back outside, I started to hear people yelling & looking up at the sky. Everyone had their camera phones out & pointed up. I was so scared, I started scanning the crowd looking for my spouse. Then I heard some one say look, the portals have doors in them. I was too afraid to look up. So I took my left arm and covered the left side of my face, so that I could not see the sky, as I was still scanning the crowd, looking for my spouse. I spotted my spouse, with camera up. Oblivious to my calls, in a trans like state, as I was walking in that direction. Then next thing I know, I was on the ground crawling?!! Someone helped me stand up. But the scene had changed. The parking lot was somewhat empty. Like people were "just gone"! We were confused and in a somewhat disoriented state of mind. I went back in the house, still trying to find my spouse. I was asking people, where was this person or that person. People were giving me a blank stare. Like who?? As I was heading thru the rest of the house, the memory of my spouse started to fade from my memory! I had laid down somewhere to in the house, & went to sleep. When I woke up. It was as if last night's events never took place. No one spoke about it. I had no recollection either, or even having a spouse! The strangers that I partied with the night before, we had somehow linked up, like we knew each other forever, common interests & all of that. But we were complete strangers! In this dream if someone had of asked me about my spouse, I would have been like, who's that? I had no memory, or recollection of the previous night either! I was one of them! It's more to the dream. But these things these things troubled me the most. I made a more detailed post on FB.

There is certainly plenty of false memories within both the past lives & alien abduction communities. That is the nature of dealing w/ the types of ppl that are attracted to fringe topics imo. That said, mockingly insinuating that all these experiences & claims are false is simply being ignorant of the mounds of evidence supporting many claims, ecspecially within past life research. University of Virginia has obtained decades of research supporting hundreds of past lives claims. Many are from young children in social structures that do not support the idea of past lives. Other universities have similar studies both in the US & abroad. As for alien abductions, that's tough. But again out among the charlatans there are still well documented cases by not just researchers but also law enforcement, military, doctorates, etc... that offer little else in explanation. Travis Walton's case is a great example. The Hill's case is also a good one. We should always have a skeptic's eye when it comes to exceptional claims but never to the point where the mental blinders go on. Let's not be like the many noteworthy scientists that openly said the claims of chimps/gorillas in Africa was sheer & total nonsense. I appreciated the educational study process described in the presentation. I did not like the way he showed his opinion of his test group individual study results or what the subjects said, he had a "joking" and mocking intonation while making comments. They are humans with issues and his demeanor should have been as professional as his study. It was not. He received almost as many thumbs down as thumbs up. Respect, humility and delivery tone can make or break a presentation, regardless of it‘s content merit.

If you look at his studies on people with abduction/repressed memory/past lives, it sounds like his approach is to discredit these types of experience by attempting to explain them all away. He doesn’t seem to have an openness to any alternative theories. Life is so strange I’m not sure why you would want to discredit so many people’s experiences.

Okay, in general, I have a high interest in psychology and psychological insights.But, honestly, I listened to this talk with a profound sorrow for anyone who participated in his tests and who will ever participate in his studies in the future. It's one thing to try to take a light approach to keep an audience engaged, but he took it over the edge into realms of prepotent disrespect for those who shared their experiences and perceptions with him. Sorry, sir, but your research seems flawed from the get-go from your pre-biases. That being said, it was interesting to be reminded of sleep paralysis. It triggered a very positive memory.

At the ends of their human lives where their energetic bodies disconnect from the dead human avatars, it will take these beings much longer to become oriented and acquainted with their memories, and this will cost them because they stand absolutely NO chance of telling their "guides" (who are really con artists) that they DO NOT want to go "into the light" were they are violently traumatized to erase the memories they gathered in this past incarnation. He describes it perfectly, this is exactly what happens. There are different levels to sleep pralisis. Some types are quite bad depending on how you handle it while it's happening. . My son and I both get it from time to time , he gets it bad when it happens. I have went through a lot of them myself, I've learned to manage them, somewhat. Their upsetting because their vivid and hard to control while your going through it . I understand them more and managed them better now I could write a book on it. I don't do meditation yoga but I would recommend it if you suffer from this. It's all about how you deal with it while it's happening ✊☘️

False memories seem very real. We are easily manipulated by suggestions from popular culture, emotional conditioning, and even therapists. Betty and Barney Hill was orobably a case of false memories.

This guy obviously has had no personal experiences of what he is talking about. I remember a traumatic experience when I was young. I was asked to wear a pair of white tights for a school assembly. I was playing the part of a sheep. I remember being upset and refusing to wear them. I thought I’d faked illness and missed school. 35 years later an old friend sent me a photo of him and me dressed as sheep wearing white tights. I also suffer from sleep paralysis. He is right saying that it’s terrifying and you can’t calm down and think! “It’s only sleep paralysis, I’ll wake up in a minute”

As a person with a Masters Degree, I really would appreciate more empirical data to substantiate the claims of his findings. His joking around might seem entertaining to some but his making fun of his study subjects is actually distracting and suspect. And why does he, a highly educated man, belittle the people he studied (that believe they were abducted) ? A sarcastic Scientific attitude begs the question, why the contempt and judgement?
