Shortly after my Dad died, I started seeing a white hawk in the same rural spot at least once or twice a month. Every time I see it, I say Hi to my Dad.

We totally agree with the animal guides. A Cardinal represents my wife's grandma, an owl represents my nephew who sadly took his life at age 13. Animals play an important role in our life. They bring a sense of comfort to our life. Thank you so much for touching on this.

My dad's favorite bird is the Blue Jay. He would be sure to photograph as many as he could on our photo/nature walks. When he passed away many years ago, I began to see a single Blue Jay show up at our house, keep in mind we never saw a Blue Jay the whole time we lived there. And ever since that day, I would see a single Blue Jay wherever I lived. I figured it was my dad coming down from the Heaven's to say hello. I shed a tear everytime I see the lone Blue Jay at my bird feeder and I always be sure to say hello to him.

The day after my fathers funeral, a bald eagle circled over my brother and I for a long time while we took a walk along the beach. Ever since that day we have always thought it was our dad checking in on us. Every time we see them (bald eagles), it makes our day and always seems to come at a time when we could use advice from him or just miss him. Thanks for sharing, it’s nice to know others associate birds with lost loved ones…. Makes me feel not so weird haha great content!

I use Reserve America to make reservations for state park camping. As far as signs, my grandma used to say that if you find a feather it’s someone in heaven saying hello. Every time I go for a hike, camp out or just a walk in a park I ALWAYS find a feather ❤️

I’ve always heard that cardinals are loved ones visiting you. I always see them fly across the road in front of me when I’m stressed or having a bad day, and it’s just kind of a sign. I also saw three cardinals fly in front of me while I was driving to the venue on my wedding day. Needless to say, I started crying because I felt like it was both of my grandparents and my great grandparents (that I was lucky to know) saying hi.

Thank you for your channel. I really enjoy when your wife comes along and I adore how proud of your children you are. When I heard how you talked, in another video, about both your son and daughter it warmed my soul. You are what the U.S. should be instead of all the bickering about difference and demeaning of anyone that isn't like oneself. Thank you for your channel and I wish there were more channels like yours. Thank you for sharing the personal stories of the Hawks and the Blue Jays!

My Mom loved Cardinals. after she passed away. when I go home to Arkansas to visit. there are a couple that show up and Sing much more that they usually do. My Mom was a Talker and a singer. My Mom called me every Tuesday and Thursday. so at my home in Texas, I seem to see more cardinals on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and one big loud singer. I Miss You Mom.

@@cMARVEL360 I think you will find everyone's aura or spirit including animals have the ability to travel on where they wish! And if they're spirit does endure and our animals that have passed away and our human family come to visit us then yes I take some small comfort from this but I do not expect them to linger in some entrapment. Think before you post negatively charged posts aimed at hurting people, especially people that have lost human and animal family! And I dont think that this UKposts Channel is the correct vessel for your negativity.

That's funny u said that bout the blue jay and the dog, my dad passed away on Feb 15 of this yr😢😢 but he loved doves. Every time my mom and dad gave cards my dad would draw 2 doves and now when we go visit his grave we will say dad r u with us and out of no where the doves start talking to us. And we have sat outside at my mom's and out of no where the doves again. I truly think its my dad telling us or showing us signs. Thank u for sharing your experience. I literally just start watching u guy's bout 6 hrs ago and I can't put my phone down. That park is a plus for NC managing land and expanding the park system. So glad the land was kept from developers. On my list and glad you took us down to the river! Loved the left over buildings from when the land was in use. I don't see the need for secrecy when it is a State or National Park (any tax supported/public land). It is legal to visit and camp in and we are paying for it anyway. Glad you didn't get soaked on your way back.

I enjoy your channel so much. The interaction between you both is enjoyable and relaxing to watch. You were talking about signs and I believe they are around us if only we disengage from the chaos that we call life and see them. You talked about the signs from nature by choosing the campsite with the Bluejay feather. I also believe that people can send signs and not know they are such as when you refer to Susie with a nickname that my father called my mother. They were well matched like the two of you and that is refreshing to see. Thank you for the hard work that you do for the channel I enjoy every video very much.

There's a place here where I live just like the river you guy's are near. It doubles back so close that you can float a three hour section and hike ten minutes back over a trail and be right back in the campground! We usually just make the walk and fetch a truck and go back and get kayaks and go back to camp and eat and sometimes do it again the next day! What a cool spot!

Ever hear of the Red River of the North? It's a 550 mile long river that starts near Wahpeton, ND and flows by Fargo, Grand Forks, and Winnipeg before draining into Lake Winnipeg. The Souris River starts south of Regina, SK, flows SE to Minot, ND then turns NE to drain into the Assinboine river in Manitoba. The river is 435 miles long. Both of these rivers are longer than the New River.

I live in a subdivision in a medium sized city and I am forever seeing hawks sitting on my fence, on my garage, flying in front of me when I return home from work in the morning. We have lots of squirrels and rabbits in the area as well, so that may explain the hawks, but my daughter says that, among Native Americans, hawks are strong medicine that help you see upcoming events ( good or bad ) so I have adapted them as my totem.LOL The facility that I've worked at for over 40 years now has an American Eagle that regularly sits in a tree overlooking the factory's fire pond. That location is less than 2 miles from my home. Way cool when we spot him.

The wheelbarrow thing reminded me of a story. There was a guy working on a construction site and every day he would push a wheelbarrow filled with dirt out of the gate as he headed for his truck. The supervisor was sure the guy was hiding something under the dirt, so he made the guy dump the dirt. When he saw there was nothing hidden in the dirt, he would tell the guy to go ahead, confident the worker was not stealing anything. This went on for over two weeks until the supervisor finally realized the guy was stealing wheelbarrows.....lol
