This includes how to do R&D with your robots, such as validating that they work correctly, looking at how to continuously improve, and assessing the productivity of the robotic use cases with the benefits of simulation. Robotec.ai is also associated with Linux Foundation’s Open 3D Engine (O3DE), which forms the base platform for the simulations that they create for customers. The company primarily focuses on Robot Operating System (ROS), a standard framework for Robotics. In Open 3D Engine, they are working on building three platforms for mining, agriculture, and warehouse logistics. Specific types of assets are needed to be able to run a lot of simulations in a useful way. They have also built functionalities for generative AI using LLMs to help customers quickly create confidence in the simulation.
