This home features a generous kitchen and living area divided by a centre staircase with double sided storage. A downstairs bedroom and bathroom (with external door) are located at each end of this 12x3M home as well as two upstairs mezzanine bedrooms, one of which is an expansive 5.2M master bedroom! THAT'S 3 BEDROOMS TOTAL!
This home boasts 60m2 of floor space so there's plenty of room for the whole family. This home also features an upgraded pendant light fitting!
Is this model still on wheels and transportable? Yes! The Toroa XL is our largest model and becoming very popular within the tiny community, we are proud to create an incredibly spacious layout with full standing height on both levels.

A railing on the stairs and on the walkway upstairs would go an improvement. I think I would sacrifice a foot or two in little room downstairs. I have guests that can't get up stairs. Also a tiny bathroom upstairs would be great.

It's huge but still missing some stuff, no closet space and a railing is definitely needed, a toilet is missing as well

Hello! There are a couple of options for balustrades that you can choose from. This video was made before the client made their choice. We can add wardrobes, storage space, and more! That includes an extra cost. The toilet system will cost extra too. We let every client make the decisions that suit them best, so every home feels unique. 🥰

@@Csakbetksszmok Yes, I can see its a tiny house. Okay, so with tiny houses like this one, the owner can choose what type of toilet they would like, e.g. off grid etc. and microwave as well. I understand. Thanks for clarifying that with me. Overall it is a lovely tiny home and i do like where the bedrooms are upstairs in the loft, you can stand up partly in it. Also, the bedroom downstairs is also good or, you can turn it into an office. This tiny house is quite functional, light and airy. I love it! 👍🏾

This is one of the coolest tiny homes I've seen! the use of space is awesome! only issue is safety, it needs a safety rail on the crosswalk to the lofts , and also on the staircase. I'm hoping that the toilet will be added? It would be great if you could squeeze a washer /dryer unit in the bathroom.

Toilets are selective based on preference, off grid or connected. That's why none in showhome. Typical new kids to tiny home comments, u buy the layout not the appliances etc

Hm, there is a glass door opening into the bathroom. No toilet as mentioned by others. And wtf does a tiny home want with a dishwasher? Seriously! Tis lovely and cozy looking though.
