So you beat up someone that never had a chance, in a boring fight (say it together - he didn't let his hands go), you gain more exposure, but have you gained credibility. The next guy up can very easily say, "so who has he beaten". Point is I am sure you watched AB's last fight. Broner might not gain you credibility but he sure will garner you exposure and if you are a decent boxer you can worry about that credibility in your next fight. Like the guy Russell just beat, had he not faced Broner and (arguably) won, he wouldn't have gotten the Russel fight. And if he had won against Russel, he's next fight was probably going to be a big fight all due to that exposure against Broner. Exposure is just as Important.

Now they also have a couple fighters coming from the Sugar ray Leonard boxing gym in Palmer Park that they team up with & those fighters are dynamic also. DMV fighters are dangerous when they train hard
