Saf! I just now read your blog post from sept. and it really broke my heart❤️ I hope you’re feeling better now. You’ll never be a failure. Even if you quit UKposts altogether that would never mean you’re a failure. You’re a wonderful creator and such a ray of sun in a gloomy world for me and so many other people who love you and Tyler and your videos. Really try not to take those negative comments to heart because they’re all total bs. Your voice and the way you talk have always been so charming and endearing to me. I love it! I love you and it’s part of what makes you you! You and Tyler are also very clearly both very sweet people who make a beautiful couple and love each other very much. In the past few years there’s been times I’ve watched your videos when I was stuck in a toxic relationship and seeing you guys was a reminder that real love is out there and I could and should be getting treated a lot better. You guys and your videos give us hope. You don’t owe us anything though or a certain number of videos in a certain amount of time. You are so successful and accomplished because you are talented, smart, hardworking, and, from what I can tell from this side of the screen, a genuinely good and kind person. I know UKposts is your job and what you do, but at the end of the day it should never NEVER make you feel all these negative untrue things about yourself or make you feel so much pressure. I know that’s way easier said than done and there are a lot of pushy fans that think creators owe them a certain number of videos in a certain time crunch for some reason, but that’s insane. Do whatever the hell you need to do to just be at peace and happy. Go on vacation. Take breaks. Hopefully you can because you’re so successful and so you should! You earned all these things, so now you can and should enjoy your life! It’s your life. Do whatever makes you happy. I really hope you’re feeling better now and that you never get so down on yourself over UKposts again. You of all people don’t deserve to be feeling like that. People are just miserable and want to bring even the sweetest people down. They have no lives. I have anxiety and I’m a perfectionist and I definitely see a lot of my own struggles and thoughts about myself reflected in what you wrote. If you’ve never been I definitely recommend therapy! I think anyone can benefit from it and it’s helped me a lot. I’m not trying to be nosy or saying that out of judgment whatsoever, I just really think it can help so much and you could feel a lot better about yourself and see the Safiya we see who is so great and accomplished and sweet. My perfectionism slows me down a lot and it takes me a long time to do things most of the time and fine-tuning every detail is exhausting and can definitely create burnout, so I totally relate. I couldn't help but notice at the start when Safia was looking through the stuff and bookmarked a pair of Edwardian shoes, that it was the brand memery, i own a pair of those exact shoes and i fully reccomend them, as someone with autism i need shoes that are comfortable or i would rather be barefoot then wear something that is gonna make me uncomfortable and these are hella comfy, and made of leather so they will be with you for a long time if you care for them how you should care for leather. Also they have way too many pretty shoes and even sweaters, I'm planing to buy at least one or 2 pairs of shoes outside of the black ones. They are perfect for witch and cottagecore looks and apparently even some movie productions bought shoes from them for filming so ye. Memery have good shoes. And thry also make wider shoes in case someone woth wide feet will want a pair too. But they aren't cheep, I'll give them that.
