Sakitech, really enjoying for video. However, I just got my Note 20 Ultra it appear that "Video Enhancer" is now just "Video Brightness", they must of made a change to the phone since you made this video. Also I am not getting the power button on the quick menu. I need to swipe down twice or two finger swipe to have that appear. Is this a setting I need to change, or is this a change also? I like the option to power down from the quick menu, but to swipe twice to get to it is bothersome.

It seems that the Video Enhancer has been discontinued in newer versions of the Note20 Ultra. I found a couple of comments saying it was greyed out or they couldn't get it to work. Then several others have complained that it isn't even there. Me three. I'm in Canada and it came from Telus delivered 2021-06-02. So it could be a carrier and/or Country specific issue. With respect to seeing the Power button by dragging down from the top, ostensibly to free up using the side button, I have to pull down twice to see it. At first I thought it had disappeared like the Video Enhancer. Fantastic video. Learning so much about what I can do with my latest and greatest Note. Been hooked on the Note since Day 1.

iphone 4 was my 1st and last , it was fine but S5 S7 Note 8 Note 20 , and hopefully they will bring the Note back. They can call it whatever they want as long as they keep the pen in the phone.

Hi, I switched from Huawey to Samsung S20. Mate Pro 2 had the ability to unsort the icons. I like them all over the screen, not sorted beside each other. In S20 I can only do it in-home screens, on all the other screens the icons sort from top to bottom. Is there a way to go around this? Thanks

Hi, very intuitive video. My concern is that I do not have the same settings options as you. Most are but a few are missing options. When trying to set up the edge lighting i noticed that I do not have an edge screen option. On my phone under easy mode, it has edge panel toggle and on yours it shows edge screen. So i guess they removed this option in update? or moved it and I can't find it. Any help would be great. Oh and I think the note 20 ultra is an amazing phone, but is missing some great features i have become used too. Most importantly the notification LED. that indicates missed call, text. or charging complete. Was nice to be able to look acrossed the room and know phone status.

Great video Sakitech. Couple of questions regarding secure folder : a) can the secure folder be created in an external storage? b) in the backup and restore feature.. Will it only backup in Samsung cloud? If I add my Google account, can you backup on Google drive? So will you be able to backup both to Samsung cloud and Google drive as a backup of a back? c) can you remove a default app like calendar, that was placed when you created the secure folder? Don't really need any calendar entries as secure... Same with my camera, Internet, and maps? Just got my Note 20 Ultra and excited to use it. Thank you so much for any advise.

Wow! Thank you so much! Since I don't yet have my note 20 ultra in my hands this was soooo informative and helpful. Hopefully I'll get the device in a few weeks. It takes a bit longer bc here in europe they don't provide certain features with that phone (for whatever reason 🙄) like a snapdragon processor or 512 gb onboard (here it's only 256 gb). So I had to order it from overseas unfortunately.

Is there a video clip on how to watch a video on UKposts on a screen that's on top of the existing screen. That allows you to access everything on ya phone screen while video is being played. Ya can also change the size of the video margins too. I accidentally activated it and don't know how to do it lol. I don't think it is a picture in picture feature. Because screen is bigger then what it would be in pip mode. But used to be able to swipe from corner and it would activate but it's not doing it now I have the note 20 ultra.

Question. Since 3.0 update, few things changed. Had a group app with 16 apps within. Now it's broken up into two groups. 12 in one and the other 4 in another. Any way to fix that? Also, when I'd go to phone and recent calls it would show calls along with contacts photo. Photo no longer there. Help with that also. Thanks all!
