WOW! after literally years of watching cake decorating, I'm finally, actually seeing A PROFESSIONAL DECORATOR?! Overwhelmingly impressed. Laughed when you "plopped!" the gobs of icing on top 'cuz that's what I do. Also laughed over throwing the beads technique and watching them bounce off and hearing them hit counter or floor. Exactly what happens in my kitchen!. Now I know I'm not crazy, LOL! Also very impressed by how the cakeboard was cleaned, oh, almost forgot. Brushing the stuff off the carousel was also great! And, finally, the cakes are simply and beautifully decorated. I LIKE YOU CAKE LEGEND.

I still envy how you guys make it look so easy.... I did 2 years internship at a bakery and learned that smoothing icing on a cake is NOT easy

Way easy to get flat cakes without having to cut them. Take a piece of tin foil the width of the cake pan, making sure it wraps around, wrap the tin foil in a wet paper towel and fasten together with a small paperclip. Works every time! 🥰

No crumb coat and no chilling! This is amazing!

This looks so great. This is a great idea. If you take a small aluminium pipe size like toilet roll..and tape a small ballon on the other side..you could shoot the small things to the side of the cake..not very hard but..i'll promise it will help.good luck.take care❤greetings feom Stockholm
