I use to look at these homes as an alternative to high priced conventional homes. It is a preference rather than a savings or affordability.

It’s going to cost about the same as a traditional home, it’s not that much of a savings at the end of the day. You save on some materials but have to spend on more. So it’s more style, it is a bit faster then building a traditional home but not that much of a cost savings at the end of the day.

That’s pretty obvious isn’t it. It’s common practice to use 3D renderings to bring your design to life these days. Makes it easier to get building approval.

I would like to rent out and sell the houses in Greece and Germany. I would like 2 houses ore more (new business) next to each other, about 40-60 square meters per house My idea is downstairs kitchen, seating with dining area And a small toilet and maybe upstairs a bathroom and bedroom. Or everything as a bungalow on one floor and stairs from the outside and use the roof as a terrace. And on the roof a frame with solar as a sun canopy and space to sit. Maybe you have a different idea, i am open for all, please contact me.
