That’s pretty much the entire game of the Sims four everything is teleported it makes the game feel lazy. Honestly I think things are teleported more in that game than any of the other generations even the first one it almost feels like that is how the game should’ve been on the first generation. The Sims four animations should’ve been in the Sims one game because it was the most primitive. The Sims one animations should’ve been in the Sims two The Sims three animations are on par for where the series is at the time And the Sims two animations should’ve been in the Sims four Because that’s how I see the animations for each generation from worst to best The Sims four The Sims one The Sims three The Sims two

​@@aaronlimitless Sims 1 - 3 felt like complete games while Sims 4 just felt like an endless tech demo with how bad the general graphics and animations are. It would be pretty easy to think that Sims 4 was Sims 1 (Not even Sims 1, but Sims 0.5)

True! Sims 4 might have better looking sims but look at how everything else looks so low quality and plastic, I'm surprised at how even a 2004 game has better looking textures.

If you want your hotdogs to taste like nothing then sure go ahead and grill them immediately. If you want taste then yes definitely take the time to prep them. Season them and keep them in the freezer overnight so they absorb the seasoning then defrost them the next morning in preparation for barbequing them. Brush extra seasoning onto them while grilling for the best results. PS: the video clearly shows the Sim lighting the grill so the flame definitely isn't coming from nowhere in the Sims 3.

@@juanchirino4900 Yes, you see them light the fire, but does the fire magically disappear while cooking? As for the hot dogs, I think that is more geared towards sausages than the more processed hot dogs. Plus, the prep is with mustard, which not everyone even likes on their dogs, and a very overpowering ingredient to add (especially as you considered the freezer marination method). Also, they all could have used the marination method, as they would have prepped prior (offscreen). Back to lighting grills, the more expensive grills have ignition triggers (knobs/dials), to ignite them, while the cheaper ones often require to be manually lit. With all that said, I do think TS3 comes in at a close second. Just minor details that got cut out (and to play devil's advocate, TS3 is so graphics heavy that minor details cut out, are necessary for the game to run).

@@TheMya1988 In the Sims 3 the fire gradually dies down while the Sim is cooking on the grill which is exactly how it would go in real life. Two kind of does that but the flame never fades to grey smoke. Also whether everyone does or doesn't like mustard is not the point the point is unseasoned hot dogs be they formal sausages or the more processed ones that you'd buy off a hot dog truck taste bland. Thus yes prep is required if you want them to have taste. What you were arguing put into another context, say you buy a box of burger patties do you just immediately grill them or do you season them first and if you're making them from ground beef or ground chicken or ground turkey meat do you just make the patties nothing added for flavor? I'm certain the answer for most people would be no. And if you say adding salt and pepper while grilling is the answer I say don't fool yourself. That will give extremely difficult to detect taste. I do agree with you that there are small details in the Sims 3 that got cut specifically because of how graphics intensive it is but it actually has more overall animations for grilling than the Sims 2 does just by proxy of having more things you can make at a grill. And unlike in the Sims 4 the animations are not all copypasted onto each food you can cook. The thing you mentioned about needing fish in your inventory to cook them on a grill is also in the Sims 3 (at community lots I mean, you need to have enough fish in your inventory to grill three portions on a skewer) not just in the Sims 2.

@@juanchirino4900 While my immediate family is on the smaller side (if I do not include half siblings), my extended family is rather large. Even with just my 2 siblings that I live with, they prefer different seasonings (we also have different allergies too). In that case, it depends on what is being grilled. We do not grill hot dogs, but sausages, and yes, those I will prepare and season, bbq burgers I will often preseason, but again only adding in ingredients that I know will fit my siblings, whilst prepping other aspects on the side (i.e. caramelized onions, peppers, etc.), but when bbqing for the extended family and/or friends, I have to bbq unseasoned (having all the other aspects on the side), and yes, certain seasonings can be applied on the grill, if someone requests (but knowing that so many people have varying allergies, to bbq according to my own taste, could prove harmful/fatal). As for salt/pepper, I do not apply either while bbqing or prepping, as many in the extended family have low salt diets, and I myself cannot consume large amounts of pepper (as I have a hiatal hernia, which many peppers will get lodged and I begin choking). As for processed hot dogs, since I only have them for bbqs outside just my siblings, and the majority of those who do prefer them to burgers, chicken, etc., are the children, who do not like seasonings anyway (eager to put on their own condiments themselves). Now, whilst my siblings and I prefer garlic chicken bbq (which is prepared to our liking), I also make chicken with bbq sauce (whereby I boil chicken, then let marinate in bbq sauce overnight, applying more bbq sauce while grilling). I do not bbq fish, as I am highly allergic, but my sister might bbq for her friends (or just for her and my brother), on our cheaper grill (that is for fish only), outside, while I remain inside. We also grill veggies (and I make certain that I list all seasonings applied, if any for any guests). Now, of course I have attended many bbqs, and while the majority do not prepare or preseason, some do, and I gave decline those invitations, unless I feel comfortable enough to inquire first. In today's day and age, one should be mindful of others, and while you may consider bland food to be distasteful, most are not going to like their bbqed food exactly like you do, or might have an allergen to an obscure spice that you might choose to use. For the most part, bbqs are for gatherings (our family is different, preferring bbqs, especially during warmer weather), and while you may think that everybody seasons their bbqed food prior to the grill, most actually do not. Even my former neighbors (the father, who bbqed was a 5 star Italian chef), only seasoned on the grill, as some seasonings can be too overpowering (i.e. peppers, mustard, onions, etc.), if marinated or prepared prior to the grill. Again, having these preps on the side, is the best way of pleasing all bbq guests. Lastly, the flame on a grill will wax and wane, as grease will fall onto the coals below, while bbqing it never goes stagnant, or however you described it. Of course, all of this is according to preference anyway, and I do admit that while TS3 is missing so many animations/details that TS2 has (even many from TS1), bbqing is one of the better animated/detailed aspects. However, I have to hard disagree that TS3 has far more animations and details than TS2 (it would be impossible, as TS3 would not be able to run, if they had more).

What about Sims 3? It's one of the best ones here
