I've been a fan of Skillet for a while now, and one thing I love about them is that despite being a Christian band, they don't just aim for the Christian audience as John Cooper has said, they aim for a wide audience which is why they never really preach or anything in their songs, they have hidden Christian meanings but never "throw the religion in your face". Plus, Jen Ledger is awesome and English, which just adds to the awesomeness!

John's voice is best when he really projects. Dont hold back dude, the more intensity you use the better your voice sounds. Jens vocals are excellent as well, and I absolutely love songs where they go back an forth. Discovered Skillet about two years ago, and they have been my favorite band since.
