My brother has had those, just a couple of weeks ago i was sitting at a drive thru window when the left side of my face and left arm went numb. To the point that i couldn't hold anything with that hand, then the arm started twitching for about 30 seconds. After it stopped it was still numb but could use it again. Drove myself back to the ER and spent a couple of days in the hospital, several tests later, still no definite conclusion. Just glad that i wasn't driving when it happened. I truly believe that he experienced some sort of episode and that he doesn't just let it go.

I agree. I also feel like it was recorded on a different day from the earlier parts of the show. His hair looks different, more greasy and combed back instead of to the side, and his whole face looks more strained. Check out the side by side photo from 0:54 in the video and it's obvious. He was drunk/high.
