@jamescurfman3284 3 роки тому
@Idotic Moron You have not seen it. There is a video of a dog saying, quite clearly (but with an accent) 'I Love You'. Plain as day. They get the dog to repeat it several times in the full video. That was the first one, a Husky I think, or maybe Malamute. It happened, on camera. There have also been other dogs who have said it. One was a really cut smaller dog, don't know the breed. The girl cried when her dog said it. REALLY CUTE stuff. These are searchable, you can find them if you look. Then we also have video of a cat who got CAUGHT barking like a dog, causing a bunch of havoc in a neighborhood. But that's a different story.
@wilfdarr
@wilfdarr 3 роки тому
@@jamescurfman3284 I would caution that teaching a dog to vocalize something that sounds like “I love you” doesn't mean that's what they are saying: the dogs that I've seen say this are treat trained so what they're actually saying is “I want a treat now”, and sometimes they are pretty demanding about it! My dog says I love you often, you just have to pick up on it: I just came to bed a few minutes ago and she came over to me, licked my hand, and then curled into my leg. It's pretty obvious what she was saying, in her own language. 🙂

That is why children are blinded early in schools with canaanite entrapment from our satanic rulers. They call it anthropomorphism but they are against it, yet if it wasn't obvious they wouldn't need to stop us thinking like that. There would be no such word as anthopomorphism. He started bringing me my slippers in the morning, I think as a way to get his breakfast quicker, all without being trained to do so. He does all kind of stuff like that. I don’t think every dog is like this though. Two of my dogs would never be motivated to use buttons, or learn tricks. They are completely content napping and going for hikes. An animal's priorities (even a human's, really.) will be overwhelming if you reschedule your nature to ensure their "happiness ".

My last dog, Zeek was the smartest dog I ever saw. She was a black collie mix. I would order a pizza to go and she was ready to go get it. I would never say a word and we somehow communicated. My uncle said she never let me out of sight and when I needed her to do something she did it. He asked me how I trained her to which I replied that she trained me God as my witness, she talked to me. I just was lucky to recognise her potential. She was so smart she was frustrated her 1st years but like overnight we were inseparable. I took her everywhere. I miss her as one would miss a child. She was 14 when I lost her. I saw a bumper sticker that read " Lord help me to be the person that my dog thinks I am."

I had the privilege of observing our collie Marshall training my siblings to play fetch FOR him while we were growing up. Scene: I'm attempting (and failing) to take a nap on the couch... but Marshall must have assumed I was asleep. Marshal puts his ear to the wooden floor, in front of some furniture and waits. Hearing someone coming, he shoves one arm under the furniture and complains, as if he had been trying to get something out from under it for a while. Younger sibling: Oh you poor boy, let me help you out! *gets the toy from under the furniture and gives it to him, throws it once or twice for traditional fetch, and then leaves* Marshall then, after sibling has left, sets the toy on the ground, and kicks it back under the furniture, puts his ear to the ground, and waits for someone. Stepfather walks in, seeing Marshall "trying to get at the toy" Stepfather: Oh I'm not falling for this bullshit again

@@TXRhody I honestly just think conditions for livestock should be better. Livestock would almost always end up eaten, whether there is human intervention or not. I have canine teeth, might as well use them as my ancestors have. I can’t project human morals onto every species of animal, but I do think dogs are special in that they are the very first animal we have domesticated- not for the purpose of eating, but as a companion and partner. There becomes a point where humans are so intelligent that we can rationalize doing things that seem counterproductive or superfluous. Or make moral arguments that are in stark contrast to preserving the survival of the species, such as antinatalism. Also, I think the morality of what animals you eat should depend on their trophic level. Dogs are secondary consumers, so consuming them would be more inefficient due to energy lost in transfer from the additional trophic level. Most livestock should be primary consumers, though by this argument the most efficient diet would be of consumers. However, humans are omnivores and almost exclusively source essential vitamins like vitamin B12 from animal-based sources. So in a moderate position, I think I’d be content with chicken and lab grown meat. Chicken has way less environmental consequences compared to beef.
@TXRhody
@TXRhody Рік тому
@@Maelstromme It's nonsense to say what would or wouldn't happen to livestock without human intervention. Livestock wouldn't exist without human intervention. Omnivore is a classification of what we have done or can do, not what we should do. Your canines are short and rounded like a frugivore or herbivore. Your jaws move side to side like a herbivore. There comes a point where humans are intelligent enough to just stop doing evil shit, because we can. Consuming livestock is unnecessary and the least efficient way to sustain ourselves. No truly intelligent person can rationalize doing the wrong thing when the consequences are so horrible.

Two grunts at which one. Works on types of food too, being terrier she wants to hunt moles, but gets mouth dirty (yes have water, swims etc etc), but when long day on molehill she likes to have the dry buttons instead of juicy liver/meat(or such wet) food. @@illosovic we actually have some horrible ownership laws in the USA. If I murdered your dog, in some areas, it would not be treated as worse than theft of minor property. Additionally, your comment is asinine.

He presents training in 7 days. Each of 7 items are commands that he believes a dog should know. They are presented in part ii of the book ukposts.infoUgkxK8-VQWpYThx4IC6MiIvb6VS1ebTzzdxq . The parts of the guideare divided: part i know your dog part ii the seven commands part iii cures for 7 behavior problems. Each chapter presents a topic, a dog's story, and a "what to do". It was written simply and you can jump from chapter to chapter to review anything as needed.

A dog that no longer barks... runs to a board "outside, come, help" when there is an emergency or a break in.

Try entering the house and dog will bark and run away or if its guard personality, then it will run towards you barking and will charge at you . Its in the genes, thousands of years of evolving. It will not go with speech training. It only reduces no. of times she barks in a day as she can now precisely tell what she wants.

I don't know about other dogs. But my labrador can communicate using 8 different words accurately. And will still bark at anything unusual.

Just because she barks less doesn't mean she will not bark at all. If it's beneficial to bark instead of using the buttons she will probably bark. I know a different pet that was trained to use the buttons, meows from time to time in response to questions or to get the owner's attention despite the fact that they have the buttons there. The buttons just make it easier for the dog to communicate with the human and aren't intended to nor do they eliminate barking completely.

My Bichon (who died a few years ago 💔) understood the English language so well. I wished I could have taught him to use this system to communicate with me verbally. Although, I have to say we understood each other without it. He was incredibly smart.

Your Bichon did not die...his spirit will always live in your 💖 and soul🐾🐾 I have a Shihpoo and she has always been super smart. Now that she's getting older (17 in a few days) she's a little tired soul but I know what she needs....We train each other along our journey together.💖

My dad has a Bichon Shih Tzu mix and she is crazy smart too :) She has different grumbles, barks and dance poses. She even has this "fake sneeze" when she really wants/demands something. I'm going to order some of these because sometimes she looks/gets frustrated when we're not smart enough to understand her. (like when she lays down, puts her chin between her paws and exhales heavily as if to say "idiots")

We had three labs. All three were intelligent however one was especially bright. I talked to them off and on all day. If I spoke slowly and with feeling, she knew exactly what I said. If someone was having a conversation and we said a word that she specifically knew, her ears would perk up. She was so smart. I still miss that dog. I loved her.

With her book I taught my dog how to talk. It’s amazing! And then he taught all the other dogs in the neighborhood how to talk too. Now we’ve got a bit of a “planet of the apes” situation going on here, but hey, these dogs can tell us how much they’d love to see US in cages. 😟

I own a dog. He’s not intelligent. He repeatedly eats things that are not edible and make him sick. He destroys things despite training/punishment. He destroys his own bedding over and over, so we just stopped getting him bedding. He has destroyed my back yard. I would get rid of him but my wife and children want him so we keep him. Not all dogs are intelligent and neither are the humans that put up with them and encourage them.
