And, if we used the new knockout bracket in Euro 2016, you can't see the Portugal vs France Final, as this game will very likely happened in the quarterfinal (due to the fact Portugal will most likely play against the winners of Group B, which, for this case, Wales earlier than semifinal, in reality).

A fellow Scot/German here. It's a tie made in dreams for me, but sadly didn't get any tickets for the match. Hope Scotland can get into the knockout stage and I'm actually getting quite confident about Germany atm. We're going to have a much better squad than most people think. Musiala, Gündogan, Wirtz is all I'm saying.

Portugal doesn't have the squad depth imo. Judging by squads France and England should be the favorites then Germany, Portugal and the Netherlands. The Dutch are very much overlooked in my eyes, as they have a killer CB partnership with Van Dijk and van de Ven and also the likes of Xavi Simons, Gakpo, Frimpong, Frankie de Jong and Depay.

Portugal would've gotten grouped in Germany's group. Portugal are always overhyped. Last Euros Portugal were supposed to smoke Germany after Germany lost to France and then Germany put four past them.

The funny thing about England and Belgium is that they have a golden generation team that resulted in the same downward fate (not winning the major trophies), just like the North London rivals, who are still yet to win any kind of major trophies after a long years. Arsenal didn't win the Premier League since their Invincibles in 2004, while Spurs' last major trophies was in 2008.
