Bf3's maps were geniusely designed to keep every round different. Bf4 = fight in the middle on the cool skyscraper/satellite dish/rooftops/dam the whole time.

“Tough start” is an understatement. BF4’s launch was akin to the Halo MCC clusterfuck. I remember I couldn’t play the game for months at a time because each update would fuck something else up.

well i think next 2 games will be Vietnam and ww2 era. Vietnam is more skill based like BF3/4 was and ww2 is more like run and gun game like BF1 is.

Lisinski Gaming I play on Xbox One, and I find BF1 a lot more fun than Hardline and sometimes more fun than BF4. The reason I say this though I bought BF4 in late 2014 and Hardline in mid 2015 and pre-ordered BF1, I devoted much more time into BF1 with my friends than the other 2 games. Mostly because we all dislike Hardline and only play BF4 when we want to play something else for a little a bit. In terms of servers, I can easily find a server in BF1 that'll play all the released maps with no problems. BF4, I mostly find 24/7 Siege of Shanghai, Golmud, or Operation Locker servers and it makes me not want to play BF4. Hardline, I only like 5 maps and 2 game modes, besides conquest (hotwire and blood money). I guess BF1 is one of those games that can really get me addicted to playing, BF4 and Hardline don't.

Right now they cant do a modern setting because of all of the legal problems with manufacturers like H&K or Hamvee a few years back. Most likely it will be a WW2 or Vietnam game ( the V could easily stand for Vietnam lel) and after that we could see either one of those or a futuristic setting hopefully.

Yes I do... but I don't remember the last game that was successfully lunched without any fail... even the newest games are free of issues... God of war have had like 15 updates in less than a month. so... be cool. BF3 was and still is a enjoyable game. (if you find out a server with enough people :P )

1. Battlefield 2 came out in 2005 and was set in modern times. 2. If the next Battlefield game is going to be set in WW2, then 100% would and should be called Battlefield 1944. 3. If BF 2018 is "supposedly" going to be called Battlefield V, then it will be either Modern or Vietnam (V meaning the roman numeral for 5 or Vietnam).

Another big problem with BFV is simply its lack of content. There is only 8 maps, many of which aren’t that great. They feel a lot smaller compared to previous titles. You can now only have 4 people in a squad for some reason. And the the weird thing is that you can only play as the British or the Germans. I know who you play as overall doesn’t really matter but that just shows you the lack of imagination that went into making a WW2 game. I mean, come on! No D-Day? Market Garden? Stalingrad? Midway? Iwo Jima? Okinawa? I’m sorry, but a game on WW2 should be bigger than what BFV offers at this moment.
