Loved the stories, the last made me a little sad I guess the thought that it was drawn to the singing as if it had been sung to at some point.

Thanks for a well done program. As you say in the video, the form of speaking the English language in the 19th century is very interesting, although I suspect that the story was rewritten by a legal clerk, newspaper man or a teacher because of the typical lower level of education. My grandfather was born around that time in Virginia where your cousin lives, and the 4th grade was the limit of his education. However, after he returned from France in WWI, he ultimately became the supervisor of construction for US Steel in McDowell County serving the communities associated with multiple coal mining communities. At any rate you narrations were very good. But it was the last story that you told that gave me the chills because I grew up north of Sarasota and camped in multiple parts of the state growing up and I recall a picture that your friend sent you from Brooksville, and that was were I lived. The picture showed clearly a picture of a very large primate standing with an arm and hand in an oak tree. You said back then that you were going to make one of your trips there. I hope that is still the case. The old professor

Sounds like he or she was there for her voice and what it heard. If im not mistaken it had its back to the window at least while she was singing it was not watching through the window. Im sure it saw the grandma watching it in the dark because they can see clearly in the dark. ☺

Wow, is right Kerry, goodness. That 2nd story is probably more common than not especially if there is a connection with musical abilities, creepy. I think music or specifically sound, or notes is great medium for communication. Maybe that lady was speaking in the squatches frequency with singing in a certain key? I also like the descriptive language in the 1st story. Wonder if we have lost some of that story telling a century later with out technology? Anyways, thank you sir. 👍

@@BigfootOdyssey wow, I bet. Well, I wouldn't sell yourself too short. I actually thought you did quite well emphazing the grandmother's terrified experience. I could image what that thought would be if that happened to me. Horrific thought for sure, can't imagine having that experience. I know when I was night fishing hearing those weird noises now to be I guess whistling I had this feeling of dread and really wanting nothing to do with meeting that thing. Great job, thanks man.

the cooing bigfoot. I would not have considered that bigfoot a threat, there was some sort of kinship going on with it, singing along with a mother cooing her baby, and the bigfoot enjoying the experience. of course, I was not here, and if I were, maybe would have felt very different... who knows

One thing worries me - that someone from Hollywood will hear you and abscond with you to do narrations for wildlife videos and animations, etc. You've got the voice and the delivery for it.

@@BigfootOdyssey vistuscaine got it right! I would not want to lose you from bringing us the wide world of Bigfoot! You're providing not just entertainment but information that can make a major difference in how we live in a world where these creatures exist. Hopefully the information will enable us to moderate stressful encounters and survive them. It helps just to know they seem to be as diverse as humans are, so be prepared to deal with the worst if necessary but live and let live with the better ones.

Great accounts! Also, much better balance of your voice versus the background sound track. Your voice was clearer and not submerged under the background. It was much easier to listen to than before. Thanks for making those adjustments!

Both good but the second one made me feel like my belly dropped.. I’ve lived most oof my life in way yonder rough country. I think I’ve felt something around a few times, but Larry just always said “oh hush”.

@Bigfoot Odyssey Kerry sorry to bother you but I just started watching this and the drone may have filmed something.?? I can't see it, but you have the original. The drone acsends and then head towards that field. On the bottom left of the screen at 00:54 and 00:55 you see the spot in the edge of the field.? The "indent" of the field into the woods. (The closet grass the drone comes to first). I did a screenshot and tried to zoom in but I can't see what it is. Thank you.
