Hi everyone, My name is Kyle Connolly. This is the episode that Kerry interviewed me on. I just heard the incredibly heart wrenching news that Kerry passed away. I am still trying to process it all. I only met him thru the computer screen about a month ago but from the very first time we spoke I felt like I had known him forever. Like I was amongst friends. We started speaking about my encounter and the show and then spoke about life and family and he cracked some jokes as he does. I’ve watched Kerry since the VERY FIRST EPISODE of Bigfoot Odyssey. The very first documentary. And I’ve watched those multiple times. Same with Mark. I watched Mark’s documentary on Amazon like 4 years ago and I think it was around 3 years old then. I looked up to these guys for all they did for this community and admired them for who they are as human beings. I bounced ideas off Kerry in our convos about doing a show. He was all for it! He was telling me I should definitely do it. That it would be another person who had this type of encounter to get this information out to the rest of the public. He told me he would help me anyway he could. He didn’t have to do any of that. But he did. When we spoke off air he would ask if I was ready to start it yet. And then he’d ask me why not just do it? What am I waiting for? Don’t worry about anything. Don’t worry about being fancy or having the best equipment right away. Just start the show. And as long as you have your heart in the right place it’ll be great. That’s the kind of guy he was. As you know I was supposed to go back on that Sunday but he had issues at work and couldn’t do the show himself. So we spoke that night and Monday and decided to do it on the 21st. This was on Monday. And again he talked to me like we’d known each other for years. It wasn’t just asking if I could do the show another day and that was it. We had a conversation about work and life again for about 15 mins. He made you feel like you mattered. I never ever once felt scared when I was talking with him. Which is something I felt anytime I would even think about talking about my encounter. This news has really effected me more than I would’ve thought. But some people become your friend from the moment you meet. It’s rare but it happens. And that was Kerry. He was a friend. He was a pioneer. He was a mentor, a ground breaker, a joker, a father, husband, and one hell of a human being! To Daniela and Brad and Mark and Linda and his kids, my love and prayers are with you all. If there is anything at all I can do to help or to carry on his name and legacy please let me know. Thank you to anyone who watched the episode. You all have given me strength to move forward with this and I hope that I may be able to somehow commemorate Kerry and his work going forward. When you listen to a persons podcast regularly, you feel like you know them. The fact that Kerry is gone in the blink of an eye is so shocking. He was such a cool, laid back guy. I love The way he treated his guests.

Even the bigfoot here in Texas mourn for you, Kerry. God, what a devastating, horrid loss.

I just heard the news. So sorry for your loss Arnold family. I personally didnt know Kerry , but I felt like I did. He was such a personable guy. His sasquatch encounter still resonates with me till this day. We will continue the search for answers Kerry. All though, you may know the answers now, from on high. We will continue. I just learned that Kerry had passed away a few hours ago when i clicked on Sasquatch Chronicles. I have been sitting here for past 2 or 3 hours, ever since I found out, just in a state of shock and sadness. It hit me like a punch to the gut. I started watching his channel about 2 years ago I guess, and instantly became a fan of him and the channel. He came across as a straight up guy, smart, caring, and very respectful. I felt like I knew him from watching all the shows, Im just so shocked by this news, to the point of tears. I feel so sad for his wife and kids, and i pray they find strength to make it through this tough time. When someone is taken from us so unexpectedly, only time will heal the wound inside us. His work will live on through these videos, and he is a name that will always be remembered in the Bigfoot community. RIP Kerry Arnold

I came on here because I haven't been getting any notifications of new shows and thought that just isn't like him...I didn't know Kerry personally, but thought he was one of the very best....both in the bigfoot world and as a human being. so sorry for everyone's loss that was one to him...and his family. sad.

One of the best gifts we have today in technology is having the ability through these videos to have the person live on forever through these videos and I'm sure it helps the family too to be able to look and see their dad on video. This guy was there for me constantly. A go to channel when I was living with my ex, waiting forever for 168, then Living in my cars in Walmart parking lots in the winter , then after I got out of jail, and before all of this I watched him. Now all I can do is sadly dwell if I'm on the right track when I think he's actually not going to help me take my mind from the day to day anymore. I feel like he was my friend. I feel like he was there for me. I miss him greatly. I wish I could tell him how cool he is and tell him how much I love him like a big brother. What an awesome guy. 🤘😈🤘 Love you brother.

As the day passed today I’ve thought about Kerry’s passing. I personally didn’t know him... but after years of listening, commenting and having him reply it’s like a long distance relationship as many on his channel had. Today I will take a stand to make life as good as I can for my family... I see now again life is not guaranteed. I am speaking to probably no one but it makes me feel better to challenge myself after a loss like Kerry and my own family members as I got complacent... I am simply a husband of 30 yrs. a father of 3 boys, grandpa to 2 boys and a 23 yr union communications worker and friend to many... but this is a humbling event, I am a simple guy with simple expectations but I will ask of your praying folks... pray for the family and friends.... if your not, we’ll that’s okay too, just keep them in your positive thoughts and ask for peace for those close to Kerry and the family!!!! Florida boys ventures .... myself and my sons will miss this channel and it’s people!!!

I'm ugly crying and heartbroken for Miss Linda, the children, Daniela and all of his friends and family. I have been in hospital for over a week and only just seen this devastating news. I noticed that Kerry hadn’t done a show for three weeks and only when I read the comments section did I realise why. I am absolutely shocked, as everyone else is. My heart goes out to Linda, and all Kerry’s family, I cannot begin to understand how they will be feeling. The world has lost a gentle giant, who brought so much to so many. R.I.P. Kerry. We will never forget you 😢
