21 день томуBryan Kohberger's attorney has provided his official alibi for the early morning hours of November 13, 2022. Kohberger claims he was driving his car.
In a newly-filed court document, Kohberger claims after he moved to the Pullman area he liked to go out and explore, and according to him, that is what he was doing when the four students were murdered, But Kohberger claims his cell phone data will back him up and prove that he was south of Pullman and west of Moscow at the time of the murders
Kohberger's official alibi claims, "Mr. Kohberger was out driving in the early morning hours of November 13, 2022; as he often did to hike and run and/or see the moon and stars, He drove throughout the area south of Pullman, Washington, west of Moscow, Idaho including Wawawai Park."
To further solidify his alibi, Kohberger said he plans to offer testimony from a CSLI expert to show that he was south of Pullman and west of Moscow at the time of the murders and that he did not travel east on the Moscow-Pullman Highway on the early morning of November 13, 2022.

Honey, try to read court documents. It helps. No connection what so ever. 90% of homicides are done someone who knows victims. Done for various reasons. About 10% are robbery related situations.

As a neuroscientist, I can state that the ‘Moon and the Stars’ alibi is ridiculous in comparison with DNA molecular biology 🧬. That DNA sample left on the sheath contains the molecule that contains all the genetic information G,T,A,U, to build Brian Kohlberger. It is unique to him. Which is why they could build a profile and then put that DNA profile into an ancestry site to search for relative matches. Bingo. The knife is an actual item that is specific and not just a house=hold item that anyone could use or touch. It is specific and the murder weapon. When Bryan put his glove on, one hand would have been uncovered as the other was being covered allowing for DNA to transfer to the snap. He doesn’t understand DNA or how micro it is. In fact, microbiology really is the most fascinating and mind blowing subject in the world.

BK (in the event he committed these crimes) and as a criminology student and knowing how to cover his tracks - possibly drove to the park, left the phone hidden there pinging, drove to commit the murders, drove back to the park to collect the phone and also take the photo of the sky, that he’s relying upon via his alibi. To falsely try and verify he was at the park the entire time and using the phone pings and the photo of the sky, as his alibi. Hence there being numerous hours since he left his home and returned and his car not having a built in nav system. If that’s correct, it may all come down to his car being on cameras as to his location at the time of the crimes and proving it was actually his car.

clever of him to ha ve survivors call the frat at 5 am to come over and clean but not call the police until 11:58 am. Clever that he chose a house where drug running happened day and night. Clever how he let one roommate live after seeing him and speaking to him right before the kill. That is just the beginning of how clever he is. He even managed to get his father's touch DNA on the knife sheathe and keep his own from being found anywhere. Clever enough to arrange Clever enough too to get the DNA analyst in Colorado who did the analysis on the Jon-Benet Ramsey case to be arrested for falsifying results of DNA tests just in time to cause doubt about DNA analysis. Innuendos, false narratives and conspiracy theories are not evidence. Along with the idea that multiple police departments, the FBI, and prosecuting agencies, have all been taken in by, and joined into, a vast conspiracy. Of which should all be seen for what they are - completely contrary to the current charges and evidence. Further, they are a baseless and deliberate attempt to reassign the potential guilt of a currently charged and accused person (a potential mass murderer committing heinous crimes). And in the very least warranting a trial and a decision of a jury whereby legal and competent admissible evidence (under the rules of evidence) will be produced. Rather than what some others (including CT’s) are baselessly and wilfully ignorantly, speculating it won’t be and with such certainly it’s ludicrous and absurd (including where the currently charged person has even refused to plead “not guilty”). Furthermore, it is the job of the defence team to defend (in any/all areas) the currently charged person and not members of the public. The conversation ends there to any reasonable minded person.

Nancy Grace is one of the most disrespectful media personality I've seen. I'm personally a star gazer and would drive out to just relax and see the night sky. Play music and stay inside my car if it's cold or go out and sit in the grass. People like her makes fun of people like us and what we do. Things already working in his favor. Four beautiful kids murdered and Kohberger sits in the courtroom grinning like a cat drinking cream. Can you imagine the chaos if he gets off? I would think that the prosecutor's job will be down the toilet, along with the judge and anyone else associated with the case. I just pray that justice will be served in this terrible crime. It doesn't necessarily matter what BK claims he was doing, because if the metadata on the cell phone corroborates his precise location during the time these crimes were taking place isn't anywhere near the house, that evidence in itself is both the alibi and exculpatory. The metadata on the phone says a heck of a lot more than cellular tower data does. I realize that it's extremely difficult for certain individuals to believe and accept that BK may actually not in fact be the person responsible for the un-aliving of these 4 Idaho students, in spite of there being such strong evidence to support this possibility but that's the harsh reality.
