Maxing all the child skills is probably impossible unless you have ageing turned off. Maxing even one child skill on normal ageing is hard enough. If you started off the super sim challenge with a child (with ageing turned off) and maxed all the child skills, that would give you an advantage as an adult super sim because maxing a child skill gives you a reward trait which makes you learn related adult skills faster.

It's doable if you set the life span to long, but you will end up sacrificing their grades to work on the skills. You can do it, it's just not very fun.

Start your sim with a knowledge aspiration in CAS so they get the quick learner trait (gain all skills XP a little faster) then immediately switch to Body Builder. If you pick Bodybuilder in CAS you don't get fat as fast. Bodybuilder is a good aspiration to knock out first since it's super easy. If lot traits are allowed in this challenge, it's even easier.

Instead of careers, you should first do the Aspirations, to get the traits. Also, a good strategy is to start with gardening and cooking, buy the super green hand reward, get money from the garden and the ingredients to Ambrosia and death flower early on. Keep one death flower in case of death, and use Ambrosia every time you approach your birthday. Staying Young Adult gives you a chance to mess up without becoming an elder. Once your garden is a good combination, it doesn't take much time and you can make money and have lots of time!

I did this challenge ages ago and every time my sim mastered a career I used all the vacation days as a "retirement" and moved houses. I built all of newcrest with one sim and his family.

I'll probably do a thing similar when I restart ts4. When I start it up, I'll get to finding a partner straight away, then have a lot of children and y'know, in like a week irl, the town should be full of the sims.

Since James recently started a new season of Super Sim and I hadn’t actually seen this series before, I decided to start from the beginning! It’s always interesting to see how the Sims 4 has changed over the years. Not just in terms of all of the content added but the little changes too!

Pablo and Max are meant for each other. You could see it in their eyes! You could feel the sexual tension in the air when they were playing coy to talk in Max's room and then he asked to see him in a neon speedo. Don't have them deny their true selves! 👬💙💚💛

If you 'ponder moves' before playing chess it'll get you focused and you'll build the logic skill faster! So amusing, loving this series so far!

You should get the "Morning Sim and Night Owl" rewards so no matter whether day or night you will gain the skill faster. And yes you can interchange aspirations without losing progress.

yeah! your levels SHOULD be keeping! idk about you, but in my game my aspirations will glitch and reset the checkmarks, but never the actual level. luckily im on pc.

I did this with my sim. Took roughly three months to complete almost all skills and careers. Bright side, made about 800k simoleons and the sim is able to coast through sim life.

Working on the aspirations by switching between them (progress is saved btw you can constantly switch aspirations without losing anything) should give some variety to what you do cuz some of the aspirations are related to jobs and family and collections and stuff. Looking forward to this series because there are some unique interactions that only become available at higher skill levels. Like using the observatory to spy on neighborhood or clogging the tailpipe of a rocket ship with fruit (high level mischief skill).

Hey James, a way to make his skills go up SUPER fast is to make a club for him. Once you gain enough points you can unlock things that make a certain skill climb a lot faster. I did this with one of my Sims families and they were all masters at everything really fast!

If you want to build skills and advance in careers even faster, you should consider creating a "household" club, so you can have the club gathering active at all times. You can have the mood you want as well (e.g energized vibe if you're building your fitness skill). It's so good, that it's borderline cheating :P

You should host a house party once the house is improved a bit, and then you can build up the mixology skill during the party, as well as the comedy skill, musical instruments skill and cooking skill.

Not sure if you saw my previous comment but if you do Rags to Riches Kleptomaniac, the Goths have a violin worth $15k. Might come in handy for the club series too so you have the money to build.
