They are playing this is reasonable nonsense despite no legal scholar ever thinking that the president was immune to criminal prosecution it's absurd 4-5 sitting SCOTUS justices are saying there's something there Even more insane to do it on completely speculation and ground their concerns in political factions when the entire government structure (separation of powers) is expressly how the founders sought to take care of that concern

it would seem that from whom much is given much should be expected. should not the chief law enforcer himself not be guilty of breaking the law? If one does not want prosecution it would seem they would respect the law? If you have so many expert advisors it would seem inexcusable and on purpose to break the laws? Even king David and King Solomon never enjoyed immunity. this seems to be an insane argument to even be considered .
