She is close to other properties, very close. In this layout, you need quiet neighbours and quiet landlor. The place is smartly photographed so it seems very private, but I dont think it really is...

Grace, if the house is well built you will not hear street noise. My bedroom is in the back of a house and the noise level is quite quiet.

The kitchen is lovely. Redecorating? All it needs, in my opinion, is a curtain in front of the pantry and lovely hanging plants. Your decorating style is light bright and refreshing. Love your entire ❤💕💖💗♥💓❤💕💖💗♥💓❤💕home 🏡

I feel like we're getting bonus content here! Not just a tour of a beautiful (and multifunctional!) home but we're also getting to 'meet' a delightful, principled and thoughtfully creative maker as well. The consideration that she put into the design of the hat, so that the process equips those who make it with transferable skills, just blew me away! Imagine how encouraging it must be for novice knitters to know that they now possess the skills to tackle a jumper. What a wonderful teacher!

This is a good book. Does provide a step by step introduction to how to build things ukposts.infoUgkxhgbP-6hUnXu_QRaoHgLztgsI0YF3HqR0 , also does offer some steps. Includes pictures to give you ideas for layouts and such. If you are looking for a guide, this is not exactly what you want. But if you are trying to familiarize yourself with the way that pole barn building and other out buildings, are made, then this will work just as you need it to. A few things in this book are a barn (of course), detached garage, storage building, and coops.

Yes people! You can MOST DEFINITELY say " joi-de-vivre" while writing or speaking in English. It is among a vast cache [Americans say it like "cash"😂] of French words that the English language has incorporated. It has a sort of "savoir faire" to it!😁

It's so hard to speak a PERFECT English as native person during the first years of learning , because sometimes some sentences in French don't translate into English and so we look like clowns when we translate them word for word. For example, the word: Coups de coeur, the equivalent is favorites. A "coups de coeur" means that you enjoyed something so much that your heart was hit/hurted. Now I'm perfectly bilingual but I'm still learning times to time when I see something new.

I've been watching tiny home videos for over a year now and one of the things I decided was crucial was to have a crafting space. I used to make all my own clothing when I was in my 20s and want to do that again after I retire next year. I love your space! I like how you've compartmentalized your space but tied all of them together with plants. I am also envious that you've been able to get so much natural light into your home. My Goodness! I feel so blessed just to have seen the energy of this amazing women. "Tu casita esta Hermosa"! I love all her thoughtful and intentional organization and functional design. So very inspiring. I too live in Oakland and have a tiny place that I treat like a little jewel box. As I recover from a chronic illness after being a performer for years. Unfortunately, my place does not get all the abundant light, but I do have a tiny terrace of which Im grateful. She is SO lucky to have peace....unfortunately for me, the sounds of the city are ever present until I retreat inside. Again, Im truly inspired.....thank you for sharing,

I could not stop watching this lovely enchanting little woman. I was literally mesmerized by how charming, talented, interesting, knowledgeable, and articulate she is. Not to mention beautiful. Her tiny house space is interesting, the reason I tuned in, but I think as a sixty year old man, (wanting to build a tiny house), if I met her I'd follow her around to and fro like an idiot puppy, just on account of her beautiful personality and infectious live to the fullest attitude. That pony wall with storage was a fantastic tip! I can see so many ways to use this for extra storage, and it would look fantastic too!
