It's hard to relate to breakup songs & betrayal songs when you haven't had your heart broken in so long. 7, 8 years ago, i would have been blasting the break up and heartbreak songs going through and then getting out of such a toxic & tumultuous 7 yr relationship. But I've been in such a healthy one for quite some time now & we've went on to have twin daughters and our family bond is just such a strong one. We're truly best friends. What I mean is, I'm so far removed from heartbreak that when i hear songs of such hurt and betrayal, it's hard to even relate anymore.
