I don’t know why people think it’s so creepy that President Biden is “touchy”. None of the touchiness looked perverted or wrong. He reminds me of a very loving grandpa. Even they way he called the boy, “honey”. I think he is just the genuine real deal.

Let's put politics aside and celebrate this thirteen-year-old boy. 54 years ago I was him (I obviously did not get to read JFK inaugural speech on TV, but you know what I mean :) ). At 67 it only happens very rarely, but I am moved to tears watching this video. I can still feel what I felt the first time I spoke in public and everything came out smoothly,. Brayden, you rock!

As a fellow person who stutters it is so hard to overcome your stutter, bullying steps in and silences your voice, you stay in your shell terrified that if you do speak no one will understand, no one will listen, no one will give you the time you need to finish what you are saying and even if they did you know the laughter and ridicule is there and will follow you forever!! Over my life I have learned to use alternative words instead of one that I want to use but it is a word I stutter with, I will spell my name when I can, rather than say my name. If I do have to say my name or another difficult word I am in anguish knowing that laughter will erupt (did you forget your name?) (do you not know how to speak?) (come on now, we don’t have all day) Another trick I use is moving my hands and following my movements with my eyes which helps me to not focus on the word I can’t say. In Junior High I had a teacher who loved to have me repeat my answer but this time “sit on your hands”! Please be Kind, we all have something to say but some of us have a stutter! Listen to our words and hear them with compassion! A big thank you from 🇨🇦 🍁
