I work at ulta and we are not paid by commission we are paid by the hour. I believe the only people paid by commission is specific brand representatives that will come in for their specific brand(s), but yes our job is to sell so I, and probably a lot of others, appreciate you taking the time to find all the products instead of asking the workers!! Thank you!!

I love how these videos are so different but still so on theme. I really wanna see one where James does his normal make-up routine but applies the products by the date they were released - for example if the mascara came out in 2019 but the setting spray came out in 2015 then the setting spray would come first!

guys the good apple serum concealer works fine and doesn’t dry quickly!!! you have to shake the concealer before you use it because it is a serum concealer !! that is just me tho and i don’t have any problems with it it does crease quickly, but i use powder to set it and then it doesn’t crease afterwards :)) that’s how i make it work and that’s my opinion on it, but i love it and it works for me !!
