The leg thing is definitely from late 80's/early 90's it was called the Thigh Master and Suzanne Somers was the spokeswoman for it.

Video Idea! Nick finds a recipe on youtube for any type of meal/dessert then he gives it to you but you can only hear the audio and you have to try and make it! Not sure if that made any sense but I think it would be really fun, love your videos!

There are no written intructions, RachhLovesLife did a video like this called " I tried following only the voice over a recipe" it will probably help to actually see the video idea :)
