No, they don’t harmonize very well. Sheldon is trying so hard to overpower the girl. The girl’s voice doesn’t go well with someone who doesn’t corporate a balance and try to be much better than his opponents as much as possible.

That vote was a travesty of justice !! The power of existing social media followers for the guy who won was the only reason he got the vote. This hurt her more than she let on, I think. SO sad that no record execs picked up on her - she has a golden voice.

@Justin Case Hey Justin, glad someone else agrees, but she actually has a mass of supporters since she was voted out about 14 months ago. She has a youtube channel (easy to find under Mikayla Jade) with 20K subscribers, where she mixes up covers and originals as well as being a vlogger. Nor sure that she knows really what she wants to be, but I have been on a mission to try and get her noticed since she left. I don't know her at all but I started a GoFundMe campaign for her which got a small amount of traction, but she never really recognised it. She ended up starting her own one and did better, but she has a bust-up with boyfriend and Mum since the show and she now lives a pretty lonely life in a share-house with a load of people she doesn't know and her pre-existing anxieties do not serve her well in this environment. I know she has suffered quite a lot of traumatic experiences during her young life and I just wanted to do something to help her. To that end, I contacted another lovely ex-contestant of the Voice this year who lives in her home town and asked if he could help her out with some mentorship and maybe chances of recording her own music and she only yesterday got in touch with him (something she has never done with me at all) but I am so happy that she has taken that first step to overcoming her fears and trust issues. She comes across as very fragile, so I hope this will be a great step for her, if she follows through with it. She hardly ever responds to direct messages but does reply to comments every now and then, but no address or anything. Check her channel out as see how she's going. I hope that her alliance with my contact will reap dividends and hopefully get some more proper professionally recorded tunes on Spotify or somewhere, as she needs this to get her name out there. Huge mistake on their part, as if you look at all the comments from her auditions by people on UKposts, she is universally loved, I think. People cannot quite believe how she didn't make it to the live performances.
