Warm milk - 300 ml
Dry yeast - 9 g
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp
Honey - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Filling:
Cottage cheese - 400 g
Sugar - 1-2 tbsp
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Raisins - 100 g
Butter - 20g (optional)
Egg - 1 pc
For a golden brown
grease with egg yolk + 1 tsp milk
