The famous delicious MONTE YOGURT cake! Melts in your mouth! A very easy and quick cake!
Ingredients for a chocolate cake (28x18 cm) or for a round shape of 24 cm:
2 medium-sized eggs
a pinch of salt
8 g of vanilla sugar
80 g of sugar
80 ml of milk (room temperature)
40 g of odorless vegetable oil
110 g of flour
20 g of cocoa
5 g baking powder
I bake the chocolate cake for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius at an average level without convection, until it is ready, and check it with a wooden stick so that it remains dry and clean
INGREDIENTS for the nut layer:
250 ml of hot cream (30% fat content)
200 g of milk chocolate
1 tablespoon of nutella (or its equivalent)
Leftovers of the cake
100 g of roasted hazelnuts
INGREDIENTS for yogurt mousse:
30 g of gelatin
150 ml of cold boiled water for gelatin
400 ml of cold cream (fat content of at least 30%)
16 g of vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
1000 g of yogurt (I have Greek yogurt (10% fat content), you can take any other creamy yogurt or sour cream 10% fat content) at room temperature
400 g of condensed milk with sugar
35 g of cocoa (for baking)
120 ml of hot milk
2 tablespoons of nutella (or its equivalent)
approximately 60 ml of hot boiled water for a light mass, if the mass becomes too dense
