Every dinner with my guests is great. You will love this pork recipe. Cream cheese, mushrooms and meat are an amazing combination of flavors. A delicious dish for dinner and lunch!
Ingredient:
Pork 1 kilogram
Salt 1.5 tsp
black pepper 0.5 teaspoon
Garlic 4 pieces
Mustard 10 ml
MARINATE FOR 2-3 hours
Mushroom 300 grams
Olive oil 15 ml
boiled and smoked bacon 200 grams
Cream cheese 100 grams
Capers 20 grams

IN THE OVEN, temperature 180 °C (356°F)
75 MINUTES
Ketchup 30 ml
sweet paprika 1 teaspoon
french mustard 10 ml
Honey 20 milliliters
Soy sauce 20 milliliters
