I once FORGOT to ate randomly for 48 hours straight and then remembered it like whoops theres something i forgot (my life is completely messed up btw, things like that are happening) i can also remember the time i slept only two hours each night for around four weeks because of all the schoolwork and then i didn’t slept a whole night, which led up to me not sleeping for 36 hours and studying instead. Next day on school i had a panic attack and threw up so i had to go home. Please don’t ever do things like that guys it’s bad for your health believe me

I mean, we don't have our favorite foods in front of us all the 25hour length of the fast but u usually see others eat near u and we do sleep. some go riding bikes and still fast the full 25 hours without food or water. Its called "Yom Kipur".
