On March 29, the Scowcroft Institute of International Affairs hosted Dr. Stephen Kotkin as he dove into the Soviet Union's victory in World War II and its relevance to contemporary conflicts. He examined topics such as the importance of strong leadership in times of crisis, the use of propaganda and disinformation, and the role of international alliances and diplomacy in resolving conflicts.
