This pork recipe is one of my family's favorites. I'm asked to cook it every day. The meat turns out very soft and tender, there's plenty of delicious meat sauce to season any side dish. Ingredients and preparation:
Pork loin approx. 600 g
Cut 6 steaks of about 1 ½ cm
Salt
Black pepper
paprika
marjoram
2 large onions
½ tsp sugar
2-3 tablespoons flour
3 bay leaves
2 allspice
400 ml hot water or broth
200 g sour cream or heavy cream (20%)
2 tsp mustard
1 heaped teaspoon horseradish
Potatoes:
250 g red radishes
350 g new potatoes
Salt
Garlic powder
thyme
Vegetable oil
A bunch of dill
1 small red onion or shallot
150 ml low-fat yoghurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
A tablespoon of mustard
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
