Davis Love III doesn't get nearly enough credit for his chip-in in 1999 compared to Tiger's. Tiger usde Davis' shot as the model for his. Almost identical location. Almost identical shot. Holed out for a birdie. Just didn't have Verne's call to make it epic. So, Verne, the answer to 'have ever seen anything like that?' is 'yes.'
