@@deejay7648 Nope. It’s been done offshore since the 70’s. Onshore fracking however is relatively limited - which conservative goblins want to change And no, it isn’t safe. It causes air and water pollution as well as earth tremors. No Tory would actually want it happening anywhere near their home.

They used to pretend that wars were for some honourable cause so that the hoi polloi would fall over themselves to die for their country. Now everyone knows that wars are all about the world's resources, right wingers don't hide it. They used to pretend that refugees are criminal. Now we know they are only criminal if they have no money. The rich are welcomed no problem, the poor they want to deport to Rwanda. They want to frack on our small island. They create an illusion of safety. They never mention the miles and miles of polluted and ruined land that frackers never cleaned up in the US and the people that suffered from that pollution, which on our small island would as affect tens of thousands of people as they would use the same business model, that means the victims pay the bill. To the extreme right wing everything was an illusion. They are now dropping the act, such is their grip on power.
