Sadly not much anymore, due to dataminig it's increasingly difficult for devs to hide things in their game, especially something as old as GTA V, where knowledge of how to break down and read code is now commonplace

@@Data-AnalystSerashould look up “Mt Chilliad Mystery Dragon/Wizard”. There’s a guy on UKposts who’s convinced the map is full of wizard and dragon heads. I don’t believe him at all but it’s damn fascinating what people are willing to stretch just to search after a mystery.

I know of some rare items: This were added back in 2014 (if I recall correctly), some T-Shirts featuring some radio Stations from older GTA Games, you could only get them during a certain week (back then of course), inside an air drop crate, I was able to get the KDST one, really wanted the SF-UR one.

No, it's not that bad, it took me 6 days to complete the ressuply missions, i was doing 100 ressuply a day in around 5-6 hours in purpose, i had a 2 hour break in each session of grinding, unlocking the tatoo as a whole took me another day so 1 week in total to unlock the item, grinding the ressuply missions on a constant basis like a robot would take 3 days top

dont forget the placeable ground fireworks, those should make a rare list by now due to only being available for a limited time and being consumable

Technically they don't exist anymore. We're never coded in for newer gens, or was at least taken out.

There's also the "Beer Caps": they were only available in special cargo drops around the map, the problem is that these cargo drops never came back to GTA Online again (and probably never will), making impossible to new players get them, there's 5 in total and I got 4 of them. Edit: I also have the Rockstar Verified Shirt, I don't even know how, it's just there 🤔

That’s a simple answer on why you got it and doesn’t fool anyone, you got your account modded on old gen before crossing it over to new gen. using unlock all tool which gives you most of the clothing in game unlocked. I know for a fact cause I’ve done this to many of my accounts on GTA. ( just hated seeing your 🤔 when you clearly knew what you did to your account buddie.)

I work in a delivery office and remember all the GTA5 parcels piled up ready for delivery on release day. ...we had people jumping up and down and going mental on the doorstep as they received their copy, good times. =)

A few years ago, for the Christmas event rockstar gave you 10pcs of each body armor if you logged in on Christmas day. Usually you can only have 10 body armor, I've never used any of them so I still have the 50 in my inventory

Correction on the alien tattoo, if you're playing on console there's gonna be an item named "???" on the tattoo shop list. Which will make you able to remove and get it again. Unlike in PC, the tattoo it's bugged and won't appear in the tattoo shop list and it won't appear on some cutscenes and it disappear and appear again after changing clothes. Update : The issues with the Alien Tattoo on PC has been fix on the recent festive surprise update, the tattoo is now showing on the list and no longer disappear after switching clothes.

Just want to let people know: that clock that’s shown in the first couple seconds of the video? It has no collision if you’re in a vehicle. Hop in your deluxo or oppressor mk2 and you can just clip through the building. It’s a nice little hiding spot.

I actually own a couple of the items on this list, I even randomly got 2 different dev shirts completely random throughout the years for whatever reason, and the green verified T-shirt during that event killing someone with the gusenberg sweeper was only one of a couple ways to get it, all of them being slightly goofy challenges, I got mine by running over 3 or 5 people with an ambulance but the gusenberg sweeper was by far the easiest way to get it. Personally my favorite “rare” item is the mile high flyer parachute bag since it was one of the first item of the kind and it was the most unique parachute bag.

Now i feel extremely lucky to have the "Please Stop Me" mask 😂😂 However there are 2 other impossible things to get... Ground fireworks And HIGHLIFE / BUSINESS custom license plate for cars. These last 2 license plates were available as reward for the winners of Business and High Life Snapmatic contest and they have a unique background.

I used to play and chat with the guy with the HIGHLIFE plate! Back in the day there weren't any custom license plates so this was the coolest thing ever He also had the HIPSTER one, the guy was insanely good at GTA photography and very nice, he gave me a lot of photography tips

Dude these things are mythical. The ground fireworks are completely wiped from the next gen and PC version. Still have a few on my Ps3 though! I still remember these plates very well! Love them! Although I've never seen them ingame. Probably the rarest item in GTAO

I know that with older modded accounts (like the one I've had that has the money wiped AGES ago) includes a lot of older rare t-shirts. ie: The Rockstar Verified T-shirt, Elite Challenge Shirt, Asshole T-shirt and even all the Halloween livestream t-shirts.

The mystery wheel one would take way less time if you spun the wheel and then logged off before it lands on one option and then log back on and it gives you another chance to spin and you can keep doing it until you get mystery that will basically rise the chances of getting the car

Another rare thing is the original apt from the eclipse towers before it was upgraded to another interior. I still have my first interior that has wood tile floors with the bench by the window, orange pillows on the couch, and green kitchen

I have the UFO tattoo, and recently Rockstar made it so you CAN put it back on if removed. You can verify this simply, by going in a tattoo shop and scroll through the back category, if you've unlocked it, you'll see it there marked "unlocked". Great video

Great video! I'd like to add a couple more honorable mentions to the list though: Stocking Mask, only available for a few hours on Christmas Day 2014, when hackers DDOS'd the servers. (May be available by landing the Lucky Wheel Mystery Space?) -Go Go Space Monkey Blista Compact,- awarded by hitting Arena War Skill Level 20: Arena Legend. (Can now be purchased from other players via the LS Car Meet on Next Gen!) Unicorn Mask, available Christmas Day 2016, also has a chance of dropping via the Lucky Wheel Mystery Space (which is where I got mine.)

1. One of the most rarest cars is Mesa Off-road without cages. Only way to obtain this is to find someone who has it and somehow duplicate it. Btw, I think once you pass level 8000 you start from either 0 or 1(can't remember which one it is) again but keeping all the stats and unlocks.

I never found competant players in gta online for the original heists, i got use to being able to do a lot of the missions by myself when those were the best money making methods, i also personally found the missions fun back when i still use to play

I have the please stop me mask, the rockstar verified shirt, and few of the shirts. I never worn them ever, but I'd never guess they'd be considered some of the rarest items in the game. Kinda cool.

Val-de-grace livery for the 8F Drafter. As far as I know, it was the default livery for the car when won as the casino wheel prize early on in that process. I think one could buy the livery at mod shops for a couple of weeks after, but that option was subsequently removed. I regret missing out on this one.

Hi in control again! Actually, for a very very small amount of time you were able to get the dev shirts through a “glitch” it would basically turn the Christmas clothes into dev clothes. Before they were blacklisted fully! They wouldn’t be unlocked but you would have it as a saved outfit. This was probably 2014-2015 maybe?

I’ve got candy cane avenger skin which is rare, was for Christmas 2018, that manhunt mask I had on my old account, wish I still had that. Also, the Kifflom T shirt, where you have to keep drinking Macbeth’s until you get it, the clown van, neon necklace. Man there’s so much rare stuff on this game. Oohhh the Monkey Blista Compact online. Can’t get that anymore.

There's also a very rare item you have only could get in the Ms. Baker missions when they came out. The item is the poison-canistor. There was a glitch in a mission where you got that that you could have it in your weapon wheel after the mission. This glitch is now patched:(

There’s also another version of the R* Dev shirt that is black with a different yellow logo. Very few people were randomly given it at some point years ago. The shirt is kinda glitched (the logo won’t appear if you equip it as a saved outfit) but I think it’s the rarest shirt I have and I have quite a few things on this list

I've gotten this video recommended again, and I'm going to attempt to get the Alien Tattoo. I know for sure that I have one, MAYBE two bunker resupply missions completed, and now that we can do solo resupply and such I'm going to finally attempt this. I'm hoping I can finish the 598-599 missions before christmas, and the winter update. And even attempt to be as lucky as you are, getting below 80 attempts for this. + Even getting this mission during the short timeframe. I looked some stuff up about tracking how much you have, if its possible for a minute or two, and there is ONE way you can check how much resupply missions you've done, although it's very early on. If you go to your MOC and check the missions on the planning screen, and you have ALL missions unlocked, you've supposedly completed 14 resupply missions. Not very helpful at all, I would recommend tallying or writing how much you've done down on paper or something that you will NOT lose it.

One rare item you didn't mention was the Christmas skin for the up n atomizer and only obtainable during 2018 Christmas and during that time a "special event" business battle can appear and if you successfully compete against other gta online players in recovering the business battle cargo you get only a chance at receiving the up n atomizer plus the exclusive Christmas skin for it

I got the rockstar verified shirt because they verfied one of my Jobs by mistake because it was named the same as a Job they wanted to verify. You also get an ingame achivement for it.

I remember back on the PS3 when they introduced the Dinka Jester and that other one. I am 95% sure they said they will only be avaiable around christmas time, so I spent my whole weekend grinding money to get it. When it was still for sale after I few month, I got a little bit pissed..

Oh and I just remembered that the hearse was pretty rare too for the most time cus it wasnt for sale or anything up until recently and you could only hope for a rare spawn at a graveyard. I was so happy when I finally found one and once I got it, I could use it to increase the spawnrate and give my friend one too.

The fire works that you can set on the ground, only way to get them was to get them from Ammunition and they would be in your weapon wheel, Rockstar took them out really early on in the beginning of online

6:45 you can exit the game when you see what you are about to get and it doesn’t use your spin and it will give you something different, will take a while being on loading screens and when you get mystery you can’t reset because you have to see if you get the slamvan, but I think this is doable like this

Does anyone remember about the GTA San andreas radios t-shirts? It was part of an event in 2014, where crates dropped from the sky and you had limited time to pick them up, before other players, in order to obtain k-dst/ k-rose and other radio stations t shirts from GTA sa. I actually still have them. I think it’s a pretty rare item

I had no idea the rockstar verified shirt was rare. I just randomly got it one day and when I contacted rockstar about it they just straight up said “ just keep it”. I also thought the “Please stop me” mask was going to be one of those common masks you unlock naturally because of how easy it was to get it. I haven’t played online since 2017 but it’s cool to know there some items that worthy the hassle

I used to have the Hazardous Jerry can in GTAO from when I did the Casino Heist, maintenance gear a while ago. However it was patched in the Los Santos Summer Special update, so you couldn’t get it anymore, then patched again in the Los Santos Tuners update, and I lost it. :(
