I agree, I now get depressed whenever I try to play my sims 3 game o.o

Don't understand why. At least Sims 3 is somewhat stable...sort of. Sims 4 could be even buggier in terms of gameplay. Considering how bad Sims 3 was and still is in terms of bugs, I'm not overly excited for 4. I hope they've worked out kinks in their programming so it isn't a giant piece of garbage when the game is released. Unless, of course, you just like building houses in which case 4 looks great.

KrisMoretti the sims 3 had many bugs when it first was released because the game was released befor its actual date... so the sims 4 might be alot less buggy because its going to release later in the year! xD

it probably will be there, I mean they put it in the sims 3, plus, they want it to be as realistic as possible, so I almost promise that they will have a pool, it'd be silly not to!

There isn't icon with swimsuits :(...

The Sims have always had swimming pools, well, not sure about Sims 1, but 2 and 3 had them. There's no reason why they won't be there, just b/c you didn't see it, doesn't mean it's not there. And plus, they're not even done making the game yet, AND they're having a conference June 9th. So we'll see :)

Hopefully it'll be patched in if it comes with an expansion like half walls, basements, spiral staircases and etc were. However, if the so called expansion's main focus is pools, we're fucked.

Dont worry, they will have swimming pools in the base game. It was in a newsletter, information breakdown. Im pretty sure they're smart enough to know to put them in the 4th sims installment.

Height with the houses is different from height with the sims... imagine a shorter sim trying to hug a taller sim... it would just be too much... too many animations to add

***** I think they haven't done the height thing because then they would have to create an animation for every different height level and then every possible combination for a hug. Its just easier to have set heights for each life stage. Though I will admit its nice to dream about changing their heights.

When I first saw the Sims 4, I felt the same way. I was a huuuuuge fan of the realistic detail of 3 and I was really annoyed with the whole cartoony look returning, but then once I realized how much room that gives the game play to expand I embraced it. Plus I am so over the glitchy-ness

I suspect there will be. I know sometimes I liked them, atleast for jobs. That way I could let the game play itself while I only sometimes glanced at it.
