​@@RedRoseSeptember22 i dont know why everyone wants to choose one little thing they dont like so they choose something as dumb as not doing anything in classes and complaining how you dont have the option to "sleep" in class when you literally have the option to PRANK another student. what else could you ask for? no one wants to sit in class anyways, after school activities are way more fun and interesting thats why they give you so much free time.

According to early access footage nothing really happens during lunch other than sitting and eating but fights can autonomously happen after school

@@reading1713 thats also realistic. There was a rumor at my high school where if there were three fights in a day, we got to go home early. So people were starting fights for the stupidest reasons so we could go home early for Christmas.

Yes, five students max. But I think this is due to the fact that the worlds are underpopulated since only the pack and basegame is installed, so I wouldn‘t worry much about it.

Yeah what Sophie said is true, the highschool will be able to have 20 sims just like every other lot. And the BG only has like 4-5 teens so it’ll look different when people actually play it.

@@lilliethshadows wow that’s interesting prom is typically for seniors only, and sometimes juniors have a prom. The only dance/formal where all grades attend is homecoming.

@@neville2308 - I'm thinking You don't comprehend the problems with that! NO sims, Not even your own go to the Carnival of their Own! Even Randos sims who work at the booths come to lot not knowing what do, and if the lot is a house they walk in like they belong there so if you like that than EA probably will Never address this problem.

@@cinnisims8448 In Tartosa, the flower cart vendor, the bakery vendor and food stall vendors all show up to work at their scheduled times even though they're part of the town square and not on an official lot, so I don't see why it would be any different for Copperdale. Same with Moonwood Mill. The werewolf packs show up at their pack hangouts and you can go there and interact with them without having to deal with a loading screen. It's one of these world's best features, in my opinion. I'm glad EA has been doing this in there most recent worlds and I hope it continues. People have been complaining about not having open worlds for years and now they are finally (sort of) giving it to us. I can't imagine why anyone would want to go back to closed lots. I also have never had anyone walk into my home uninvited in either Tartosa or Moonwood Mill. I have also seen sims go to these public areas on their own. If sims are not showing up to the Carnival, then that is a big issue and I hope they fix it before the pack is released to the public - but I wouldn't want it to be tied to a lot. That would be going backwards. They made it work in Tartosa and Moonwood Mill, so they should be able to make it work in Copperdale too. The Carnival is the thing I'm looking forward to the most out of this pack.

@@GK-ob1ni - I'm not trying to argue this issue. I get some players don't expect better when it comes to routing issues, and I had only suggested what I thought could help. This comes from my observation after watching couple of videos of EA creators who had early access. - I personally don't like Randos showing up and walking into houses uninvited, and it's been happening way more since Cottage Living but feel it started with Island Living and what's bad about this, you can't tell them to leave a lot of times unless you zone out. -As for Carnival, from what I've seen of these videos, is sims don't interact with anything there except maybe the baba tea booth and seats. -If not at a park I'm going to assume as I've not seen videos how invited sims interact if at all, but if on a residential lot, invited sims will not go to it or stay there, but probably at your house doing things they shouldn't be doing like...cooking, sleeping, taking baths and using your pc when in real life people don't do that stuff when they go to people houses, maybe family.

That’s why I’m sceptical, potential is different from reality and EA’s track record….

@@liamw6562 Unfortunately it does fall short. After school activities are rabbitholes and you can't interact at all in class - you get those chance card popups but they don't even actually happen to your sim.

You can purchase a cheerleading mat and a rugby ball in build mode I can see why it’s a rabbit hole because it would be a lot more work to add in

There’s a saved file that redid all worlds she’s pretty good and has a lot of events in the game your sim has off a lot during summer for summer break vacation etc check it out

no, just disappointment. the school is available, but the classes aren't interactive, and rabbit holes are practically the main thing. do not buy.

hmmm, you should send an email to EA since they change stuff like that at the peoples recommendations. with the goth refresh and neighborhood stories i think they’re taking lore more seriously but this is def an oversight i’m sure that can be fixed if we bring enough attention to it

But your sim goes to sit down in the class and that's it. The staff even fast forwarded the classes as there's no gameplay. So not much better then a rabbit hole. Yet past school mods you could at least interact with the teacher and other students during class, but you can with this game.

@@aurora6920 right! Ive been playing also the patch before the release really screwed my game up. And the prom is really glitchy for me. My sims keeps changing out of her formal wear into her regular clothes.

I'm getting it only for the objects because we all know the gameplay will be bugged, they will release multiple fixes that dont fix sht, modders will come through and save the game. The Sims without mods is a very boring and broken game. Plus, they are just falling into propaganda now, buying into "trends" and mental illness, like pronouns and stuff like that. So, dont deny yourself of curved walls, just get it (if you want) for the stuff which is kinda cool and cute. Modders will come to the rescue.
