The neighbourhoods seem so lively! It's nice that they'll be a lot of people around to talk to rather than their being like 2. Creates a great atmosphere

i was not so sure if I would like the Sims 4 because of the neighbourhood thing but seeing this gameplay has change my view on the game completely, I cant wait for it to come out now

FIRST! THIS LOOKS SO AMAZING

I LOVE this. I thought I'd hate the loading screens but they're very short and when you actually get to the place (gym, park..) they are PACKED with sims unlike Sims 3 where my sim was the only sim in the whole park lol. I personally like the graphics and the look of the game. I'm just really looking forward to it!

i love how they try to ignore the loading screen so hard. they even minimize the gameplay screen. dont even mention it at all either.

Awesome. But can you guys make a gameplay with a family? (wife, husband, kids) So we can see those interactions and see how you can interact with babies. I'm definitely buying this, though.

Wow.. the park was beyond beautiful. I really love how everything looks in the game! And the emotions are really amazing to see and how it plays through other people and objects. buut something I'm not so happy about is how easily you can die.. I mean.. death from laughing? I'm afraid I'll lose an important sim accidentally.

Really impressed with how populated the neighborhoods are, and some of the interactions! It's a shame about the loading screens but if they make the game run better on low end computers it seems like a small sacrifice. Really exited for September now that we've finally seen the UI and gameplay!

Not to be one of those annoying people who only care about graphics, but my god this game is so stunning. The lighting is so beautiful and the cartoony atmosphere, objects and Sims just make it shine even more. It reminds me a lot of Wind Waker HD, actually. By far the best thing about the graphics is that cartoony graphics in video games tend to look better and last longer over a longer period of time. Sims 3 looks great, but it doesn't last that long in terms of it's graphics, whereas a game like Wind Waker still looks great and it's 10 years old. Great job SimGuru's on creating such a great game, can't wait for it.

I don't get why everyone is complaining about pools and toddlers. Yes, they've been in the base game since The Sims 2, but keep in mind that EA's plan with the Sims 4 is to release more expansion packs than the Sims 3 had, and in a shorter amount of time. Meaning it should be no time before toddlers get added into a Generations expansion pack. As for pools, it'll likely either be part of another expansion pack, or released as it's own DLC shortly after release

Here in 2019 watching this. I remember when it went Live for the first time back in 2014 and gave us our first in-depth look at the game. The Sims 4 has come a very long way

Please add toddlers, it's a must have in the game and I wish you guys would have made them in the first place, I love all the sims and especially sims 2 and sims 3 because of the amazing toddlers and the funny animations. I think the jump from baby to child, they go from not being able to talk walk or do anything to looking like a 10 year old that goes to school and have conversations. Also the babies not being able to move from the bassinet or be picked up. Those are some things I was thinking you guys should add to the game. Love the sims 4

Stunning game, the neighbourhoods look beautiful! The animations are flawless, I love how Grahams sim greeted that other sim that approached him without being asked to like he just a knowledged his presence there. The emotions look great and this new exchange system (galery) looks amazing and practical! I must say I had my doubts but this video has defo made me feel this will be the best sims game yet, thank you EA!

I actually think I'll prefer this game over The Sims 3, as it was a lag filled mess due to CAST, open world, and horrible 'realistic' graphics that made the sims look like zombies. This reminds of The Sims 2, which was honestly ten times better than The Sims 3. Minus no pools or toddlers, this game looks like it's gonna bring back what The Sims was always about, wacky fun that isn't supposed to be serious. The Sims 3 was taken way to seriously and because of that people are taking this game seriously. Calm down everyone. It's a game.

Honestly, I'm gonna spend 80% of my time in Sims 4 making real-life people in game in the best detail possible. I'm talking holding photos up to the screen and emulating their facial assets and whatnot.

I'm upset that you guys discontinued the Bella Goth mystery. It was actually interesting breaking it down and uncovering the truth. In my opinion, the stories in Sims 2 are better than your so called "weirder stories" crap. Pleasantview had the romance triangles, the jealousy, the alien abductions! . Strangetown had aliens and a UFO that crashed in the neighborhood, and an imposter of Bella Goth. Veronaville had the Romeo and Juliet story, and it was FUN playing those stories. Explain to me why Bella was first an Adult, then a child, and an Adult again? Also why is she just coming out of the blue? Wasn't she abducted, then had Cassandra and Alexander? Why in TS3 she was a child, and now a (adult/ya) that is now the "best dressed gal in town"? I know you guy's want to finish the game and all, but at least put a actual story into it.

I love the plant life, did you see those leaves, the detail in all the plants, the way they move in what appears to be wind, did you see the contrast between the beach area and the water, for fishing, did you see the clearness on those water droplets falling from those plants, OMG ITS SO AWESOME!@ The art style is so beautiful, I love it, its like everything was sculpted by hand! GREAT WORK~! it will be like playing in a painting! so wonderful! :D I already preordered it! Can not wait to make all sorts of gardens :DDDD

It looks SO good! Damn the environment is absolutely beautiful, and omg the cherry blossom trees are dropping petals aaa and omg finally they can travel between different neighbourhoods again! Really missed that feature in TS3. Also loving the new characteristics in the characters. I love how there's so much variety in the people around the neighbourhod, it feels so lively! THANK YOU! My main complaint with The Sims 3 was that there would only be like 3 or 4 Sims on a lot. I was so happy to see so many Sims in the park and actually doing there own things. I also like how the over-dramatic animations really help the world come alive.

When adding rooms, does the wall height and outside wallpaper etc adjust to the house? The room Graham added was made by him so it could've already been made to fit right. So will things auto adjust to look right or will you have to that manually?

again, dying of laughter will happen on the daily for my sims. Good.

This has actually convinced me otherwise of having bad vibes over this game. I'm considering getting it now! I love the new graphics of the games, the way emotions are conveyed by the sims and also the features in build mode.

It's easy to assume toddlers and pools will be added eventually (Though they may cost money..), so I'm fine with that.. No CASt does really, really suck, but if we lived without it before we can live without it again. I have TS4 pre-ordered, and I am excited to play. I loved the CAS demo and I'm fine with the graphics. The only thing I am truly butthurt about, is the limited open world. I really hate loading screens.
