ABOUT US
The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is rooted in a tradition of unique craftsmanship and ingenuity. Tracing its beginnings to the laying of the Capitol cornerstone in 1793, the AOC is responsible for the operations and care of more than 18.4 million square feet of facilities, 570 acres of grounds and thousands of works of art. The Capitol campus is home to 30,000 daily occupants and hosts more than 3 million visitors annually.
Today, there are more than 2,000 AOC employees serving around the clock in diverse roles to maintain and preserve the buildings and grounds. Iconic landmarks under our care include the U.S. Capitol, Capitol Grounds, Capitol Visitor Center, House office buildings, Library of Congress, Senate office buildings, Supreme Court buildings and @UnitedStatesBotanicGarden.

Nadler, although tiny in height, is far too overweight to get through any of these doors. Then unfortunately the smell of his diaper would give him away, as gross as that may be. I don't understand how congress functions with people who can't keep their dentures or their fecal matter contained. Congress used to to passionate adult men who argued the principles of their ideas and the legislation they put forward. Id absolutely loved to be convinced it wasnt the 19th amendment and "god's chosen people"

I live in an old , 3 story walk-up apartment building and each suite has its own little door just to the right of the main door into the apartments. This is where the milk man, the bread man and the newspaper delivery kid would leave their goods and collect their money and lists for the next trip. This reminds me of an old apartment building I used to live in. It was top-of-the-line luxury when it was built 110 years ago, which meant every apartment had a little tiny milk delivery door.
