I really wish that programs which aim or purport to be factual and believable in any fashion would employ just one fact checker. The Statue of Liberty is 151ft tall not counting the base. Let us not forget who killed Jesus and all apostles. Rome. They envied Jesus for being great. So instead, they imbedded themselves in the faith. Peter is not the rock on which the church is built. Christ and Christ alone are the cornerstone (foundation) of the church. Yes, he is a stone. But not the cornerstone. No other stone is the foundation but Jesus himself. Not Paul, not peter, much less the pope. Nowhere in the bible is Peter in Rome even mentioned. He more than likely stayed in Israel his whole life. There was (and still is) an area near that mountain they still call the, "Gates of Hell". Although Cephas means, "The Rock", Peter is NOT the Rock. Jesus is. Moses didn't strike Peter. He struck Jesus symbolically, and was therefore prevented from entering the promised land. It's not Peter that is a stumbling block for the Jews. It's Jesus. It's not Peter that is the cornerstone.
