@@13crazydaze because that's the whole premise. You have to see who performs that week and who doesn't. Just because you have a job to fullfil doesn't mean you have to like certain aspects of it. You have to pair two GOOD people together because if they pair a strong contestant to a mediocre then people will attack them for unfair pairing and sometimes the competition is just too much that it all comes down to which team you're on. John's team was very stacked that he even had to send a 4 chair turn home because it all comes down to those small details and elements from contestants performance which affect the result.
